it's been a long time since I went to this place, but still that's good. Why the three stars were at this place that I called forward.

I love white ice cream! they can taste the rich and the high-quality ingredients they use. you buy 3, get 1 free pint deals is dangerous good.

Normally it's a good experience, this time all of the prepackaged ice cream in the freezers were soft. They must be more careful when dealing with dairy products. View menu

The food and atmosphere were fantastic. I had a delicious dinner at That Burger Joint followed by a tasty dessert at Oberweis. The staff at both places were excellent. Overall, it was a great day. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unfortunately, the shop was closed for unknown reasons, but the stand was open. We waited in a long line for coconut chocolate almond ice cream. We had heard it was sold out, but the server told us they had it in a cone. We decided to buy a pint to take home before finding out! One downside is that they seem to run out of different flavors in various seasons. The mango pomegranate flavor was lost before the pandemic, but we will continue to try what they have available. Hopefully, the mint chip flavor doesn't get discontinued!

I appreciate high-quality ingredients, but the service at this restaurant varies among staff members. The person in the black uniform, who I assume is the manager, seemed preoccupied and did not welcome me or inquire about my reward membership. They took my order and left before I could present my card. However, a young girl in a red uniform approached the next customer with a friendly and proactive attitude, asking if they were a rewards member. I never thought it would be possible to hate an Oberweis location, but I've had nothing but problems with this Roosevelt Road, GE location. I've tried going through the drive thru and the kid mocked me through the intercom as he apparently couldn't understand what I was saying. Another clerk interrupted his mocking and explained that she understood me perfectly. The next time I went in to avoid the intercom problem and they lost my order. I gave them one last chance today and received a milk shake that was as runny as milk. I am done with this location.

My experience at this restaurant was quite comical. When I drove up to the speaker to place my order, I heard a muffled sound and had no idea what the person on the other end was saying. Despite this confusion, I placed my order. Unfortunately, after waiting for 8 minutes at the window – where I was the only customer in line – I was finally asked to move forward. After waiting an additional 4 minutes without receiving my order, I ultimately decided to leave. It was around 12:30 and I felt like my time had been wasted. Their generous servings are not only delicious but also an excellent value for the price you pay. If you 're an ice cream enthusiast looking for a satisfying treat that won 't break the bank, this is the place to be. However, it 's worth noting that the staff at Oberweis falls into the moderately helpful category. While they may not go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional, they do an adequate job of serving customers.
