Old Fields in Greenlawn is a gem. Their bacon cheeseburger might just be the best I've ever tasted, and their high-quality steaks are consistently a win. The bar offers an intimate and warm ambiance, making you feel like family from the moment you step in. Highly recommended! Voir le carte

Great spot for a date. Service was friendly and attentive, and the food delicious. The Mac cheese is worth all of the hype, and the steak came out perfect. Have the flank steak surprisingly soft and well seasoned, salmon dish was also very fresh and cooked to perfection. So for years I've driven past Old Fields and never stopped in and that was a mistake!! What a great meal we had to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. From the second we walked in I LOVED the ambiance, the old tavern feel and the cocktails were delicious. Staff was outstanding as was the starter...we entree was delicious and the portions were more then enough on everything. We've been missing out and now we know.... Voir le carte

I can't say enough good things about the original Old Fields! Owners Christine and Dave have created a great local restaurant with a wonderful and very competent staff that serve polished and sophisticated dishes along with traditional favorites in an atmosphere that draws us back almost weekly. I almost don't want to post this review so as to keep this gem to ourselves but the word is out and we'll deserved: Old Fields is a special treat!

The staff has always been friendly and very accommodating. We feel like home in this beautiful establishment. Every time we have gone, we notice they care about every single customer. We do know the owners, as we've groomed their dog, but their staff doesn't know that we own the shop that the Tunney's bring their beautiful lab to. We had to wait 30 min tonight which we expect at any decent place on a Saturday and dinner time. Because of this, we were given a round of drinks and their delicious spinach and artichoke dip on the house. Props to Old Fields Restaurant! TL;DR Get the coffee! This evening, I was a solo diner. It was a Saturday night, and I was warmly welcomed and attended to. I was concerned that I would feel like I was on stage dining by myself. I was, surprisingly, comfortable. Tonight, I had with the beet and goat cheese salad to start. I thought the beets were on the salty side, but otherwise, the dish was well balanced. I think it should be served with bread. For my entree, I enjoyed short rib fettuccine with mushroom cream sauce and butter tomatoes. It was absolutely decadent creamy and mushroomy. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the short ribs were melt in your mouth tender. I'm not really sure how I feel about the tomatoes. I... Voir le carte
