"I ordered chicken Milanese… the chicken is small,thin, dark coating, very dried, hard to cut.. hardly see the chicken.. It’s so sad… Calamari.. numerous times given opportunity to order, hope better, just the inconsistency, at times just right, many times, the calamari appeared to have freezer burn, dry, chewy. This supposedly popular items.. the flavor is good. I think sadly to say, Brios food quality somewhat decreased with time.. it’s sad, because Brios is a nice place, just can’t live it up to the standards.. I’m kind hesitate to return… unless no other choice."

"We were a party of 6 celebrating 2 50th birthdays. We all ordered from brunch menu pre fixe’d. At $35.99 included choices of cocktails, entrees and desserts. The big hits were the lemonade champagne and the seafood omelettes with breakfast potatoes… all drinks, biscuits, coffee, entrees and desserts were outstanding! Service was great! The only disappointment was, The birthdays were acknowledged but no birthday item offed free mimosas, cupcakes. Very disappointing for such a classy staff and ambience. But we will return and I do highly recommend this restaurant for brunch, lunch and dinner. They are wonderful."

"A delicious yet misunderstood Chinese restaurant. My first experience here was for dim sum. I expected dimsum carts flowing around and picking off the cart. Not so here. I got a menu sheet like an AYCE sushi place with prices. I look at the prices and some seem kinda high. I was getting discouraged. Then I got my dimsum...lol The sui mai was double the normal size. And... It was awesome. I ordered chicken feet, jellyfish , etc. It seemed pricy but the quality was there . It also seemed pricy because I over ordered. When you come here order half what you normally would at another dim sum place. The size of the portions are big. Now that I know how it is here I will still return but with the knowledge on how to order..lol. I also want to mention the restaurant looks pretty swanky for typical chinese. It's higher end Chinese cuisine and when you taste the food you'll definitely confirm it for yourself.."

"We absolutely love this restaurant, especially the staff at the Ontario location on 4th Street! From the cashiers to the custodians and food preparers, everyone makes us feel like part of their family. When friends ask us about our favorite gift cards, we always say, “PANERA, please!” There are times when you can see they are stressed from handling online orders, but they always manage to greet us with a smile and show kindness to both us and other customers. I enjoy trying different dishes from their menu. Recently, I tried their Chipotle Chicken Bacon pizza, which is a new addition (or perhaps an old favorite that has returned), and it is absolutely delicious! It has quickly become one of my new favorites. You really have to try it if you haven’t already!"

"The fact that they take reservations at 9:15 when last call for the kitchen is 9:30 is terrible. We checked in just before 9 and the hostess notices our reservation time. She asked if anyone called us beforehand to inform us that last call for the kitchen was 9:30. I replied that we were not given a courtesy call honestly, that would have helped us change our plans immediately had this been the case. Now, understanding that it was Christmas Day, we proceeded with the reservation with the hostess apologizing but letting us know they talked to the manager to inform them of the situation. Well, not sure the manager did much because as we were seated and met by our server who was covering for our actual server, Rob, it was clear they wanted to get out of there. Simple questions were responded by “I don’t know” or brushed off responses. Pretty rude considering it was our first time. So in a haste I just order a slew of things to at least accommodate the 9:30 cut off. As the sauces get dropped off, I asked what was which sauce, the server said them quickly. I asked “Okay but what’s what?” Her response “Oh I don’t know” couldn’t figure it out? Couldn’t ask? Management make it simple. 3 compartments then have it standard; left to right are X Y Z sauces. That way your servers know at all times. At that point I asked a manager to switch servers. I was already rushed by the initial server and just started off on the wrong foot. A manager by the name of Mitchell then took over. But clearly, when Rob, our regular server came to take over, you can tell he wasn’t happy to be there either. So the lack luster service, no response type of interaction I was over it. We ate the food, which for the price we paid, should have been better. Also, they ran out of beer before we even ordered drinks. Needless to say, we ate, paid and got out. Terrible service for mediocre food and poor attitudes. Not worth the trouble, holiday or not! Note to mgmt, don’t allow reservations so late."
