The staff is the golden standard for friendliness and speed. In particular the girl named “Emma”. She is the pinnacle of perfection, honestly whatever you pay her I’d raise it. I walk up to Osers praying to sweet baby J that she’s working. Also Rachel was cool, keep up the good work. Also next time I go I’d like to meet this guy Phillip everyone talks about. Seems like a bro."

The ice cream was absolutely excellent! There was a group of us, and we tried flavors like butter pecan, strawberry, and cake, among others. Everything tasted fantastic. The two young ladies who worked that night were lovely; they had beautiful smiles and were very helpful. We truly appreciated their service. We will definitely be back!

The experience was satisfactory, but it would be best to wait for the Cherry Road location to open. I noticed that their dairy section doesn’t actually have real milk. I’m curious why they can’t just go out and get soy milk, like they do at the better Kirschstraße location. I wonder why they advertise it and then say it isn’t milk when it comes to my needs.
