Went to this outback on the way home from camping up North! Kira was an amazing server got everything right and very attentive to our needs. Food was amazing. Will definitely come back and recommend this outback!

Our waitress Tammy was an excellent waitress. She's very personable, professional and checked us multiple times. Shenique I believe a manager or assistant manager. She reseated us because the first table was a bit cool (under a vent). The food was delicious and hot. What a wonderful experience. I recommend this location for people that want top notch service and food.

Food is great, atmosphere is nice. Customer service is A+. Manager came to our table. She was very caring and attentive. Tammy is a great professional server. My husband and I went in last night to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary! Our server's name was Summer and she was the BEST! Very friendly, professional, and brought out everything on time and delicious! She introduced us to the General Manager and they even comped our dessert, which was not necessary. I ordered a pecan blue cheese salad and French onion soup for delivery through Uber Eats. I am currently in the hospital and was really looking forward to this soup and salad, as I have not been enjoying the hospital food. Unfortunately, the soup spilled out all over the bag and made a mess when I tried to take it out. The soup bowl was only half full and not even warm. The salad was also disappointing, with very few blue cheese crumbles and pecans. I am extremely disappointed with the portion sizes and the lack of care in wrapping the soup, which caused it to spill. I also did not receive any utensils or napkins, despite requesting them. I usually order from the Outback in Royal Palm Beach and have always been satisfied, but today I had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, I saw orders sitting outside on a table for curbside pickup. The food was left unattended for a few minutes before someone finally came to check the bags. There was no one outside monitoring the orders, and it seemed like a risky setup where anyone could potentially take food that wasn't theirs or tamper with the bags. Especially during a time when we are concerned about virus transmission, I expected better safety protocols to be in place. Really gross : I ordered a salmon, with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I also ordered a side of macaroni and cheese. Salmon was shredding apart weirdly with slivers of fat and slime all throughout. I eat salmon almost 4 times a week and this one was just super poor quality and weird. The broccoli seemed like it was boiled in water or steamed from frozen. It mushed so easily under my fork… it wasn’t seasoned. It was just, mush. The macaroni and cheese was SO DRY. And tasteless. How do you mess up macaroni and cheese??? It was all so gross.
