When we relocated from Vegas, Oyshi was genuinely at the top of the list of things we would miss the most. It's wonderful to see that even after 10 years, it's still at the peak of its quality and even tastier than I remembered.

I can't believe I haven't written a review for Oyshi yet! Although there can be a bit of a wait at times, it typically goes by quickly. The fish at Oyshi is always incredibly fresh, and Peter consistently provides excellent service.

This restaurant features a diverse menu, including teppanyaki-style dishes served in manageable portion sizes, which makes it easy to sample several different options at once. I had lunch here with my children, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious, except for some noodles I tried, which were just average. Everything else was fantastic. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick. Plus, the prices for everything we ordered were just right.

I made a reservation for a party of 30 at the restaurant, and there were five servers ready to assist us. It was a bit cramped where we were seated near the entrance, but we managed to make it work. The servers made sure to take good care of us and fulfilled our orders efficiently. By the end of the night, we had eaten about 50 rolls! The wait times were reasonable, especially considering the size of our group, which is quite impressive. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

good eating, but not exceptional. sufficient if the part/s is provided. what we thought was a $7 half sushi roll was a single, small, 4" temaki (cone). my dad liked his unagi command. all the others were disappointed. pic 1 shows the temaki most of my order, I decided to give the greatest part of my Oyshi role to my man, as its order out that the small cone. my mother spicy pork bowl order have turned out a thin layer of pork at the top, and usually swirl at the bottom. the court should be renamed spicy wobble dish with pork. disappointed. update: after the meal, my sister got d,_ and man had to work (first time in years) with what he says feels like badly lean flu. could that have been the...
