"- **Regular Salmon Sashimi:** 5/5 - Very tender and melt-in-your-mouth! - **Seared Spicy Tuna Sashimi:** 4/5 - It didn't really taste seared, and I've had better elsewhere, but it was still enjoyable. - **Agedashi Tofu:** 4/5 - I think it would have been improved with smaller pieces rather than one large chunk. However, I really appreciated the extra crispy coating, which is not something you find everywhere. - **Oyshi Tempura Roll:** 5/5 - Absolutely delicious! - **Spicy Maniac Roll:** 3/5 - Not the best; the tuna on top didn’t taste very fresh, and I found a hair in the first piece. - **Miso Soup:** 5/5 - Very flavorful! Overall, a mixed experience, but there were definitely some standout dishes!"

I love to check out AYCE Sushi spots. This place is wonderful. Fresh fish, smiling faces and great communication. Good portion sizes of fish at a great price!

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the sushi is outstanding! For just $29.99, you can enjoy unlimited sushi—what a deal! It's a must-visit spot when you're in Vegas. View menu

When we relocated from Vegas, Oyshi was genuinely at the top of the list of things we would miss the most. It's wonderful to see that even after 10 years, it's still at the peak of its quality and even tastier than I remembered.

Yummy AYCE! Lots to choose from, but also the different types of things you can choose, not AYCE are the same. Good place to try their unique options. I only wish I could get two dessert choices instead of only one, but maybe that's a good thing (I missed some pics, cause I was hungry)

This restaurant features a diverse menu, including teppanyaki-style dishes served in manageable portion sizes, which makes it easy to sample several different options at once. However, a downside is the quality of the sashimi; the salmon is often quite lean, which may not meet everyone's expectations. View menu

We arrived with a reservation for 30 people, and the restaurant had five servers prepared to assist us. It was an all-you-can-eat experience, and although it was a bit crowded near the entrance where we were seated, we managed just fine. The servers were attentive and ensured our orders were well taken care of. We likely consumed over 50 rolls that evening! The wait times were reasonable, which is quite an achievement given our large group. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Oyshi Sushi is a fantastic sushi and Japanese restaurant located in Las Vegas. The food is incredibly fresh, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The atmosphere is lively, featuring upbeat music in the background. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, and they also offer an all-you-can-eat sushi option. The restaurant stays open late, until 2 AM, except on Sundays. There's a convenient self check-in station at the entrance, and they'll message you when your table is ready. I highly recommend this place! Whenever I'm in Vegas, I make sure to stop by for a delightful meal. You really can't go wrong here.

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
