"On a positive note, the customer service was fantastic. I want to give special thanks to the manager, who acknowledged the mistakes and did everything he could to rectify the situation. He was friendly, generous, and genuinely apologetic throughout our entire visit.
Overall, the food was great. However, I deducted a star due to the aforementioned issues and the fact that many of the rolls were quite similar, mostly variations of imitation crab, tempura shrimp, and eel sauce. Once the kitchen finds its rhythm again, I would definitely be willing to return."
