"On a positive note, the customer service was fantastic. I want to give special thanks to the manager, who acknowledged the mistakes and did everything he could to rectify the situation. He was friendly, generous, and genuinely apologetic throughout our entire visit. Overall, the food was great. However, I deducted a star due to the aforementioned issues and the fact that many of the rolls were quite similar, mostly variations of imitation crab, tempura shrimp, and eel sauce. Once the kitchen finds its rhythm again, I would definitely be willing to return."

What a great experience! We indulged in the all-you-can-eat sushi and tried everything on the menu. The sushi was of excellent quality, and we even enjoyed the oysters! I particularly loved the hamachi sushi. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love OYCE! The fresh fish is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional. They know exactly what I want, and within just two minutes, I have something new and delicious in front of me to try. It’s always different, and I can’t get enough of this place. You guys are wonderful!

I have really come to appreciate this restaurant. The food is always prepared fresh to order. The atmosphere is very laid-back, and they even remember my drink preferences. The sushi chefs are excellent, and the servers are always friendly and attentive. This place is definitely one of the best-kept secrets in the valley. View menu

I used to go there alot, now after couple of years outside of Las Vegas I decided to go back, it is not the same anymore, the food is ok.. but different, the Japanese lasagna was 3 out of 10, used to be 10 out of 10, the rest of the rolls that I ate were greezy and oily, hopefully they can go back to what it used to be...

This restaurant is fantastic! It's very clean and well-organized. I tried a California roll and a deep-fried California roll (the Crazy Cali), and both were excellent. I'm definitely going back, likely for more sushi. The manager even stopped by to check on us, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
