"I only had some of the best Chinese takeouts I've ever had. I ordered the chicken w/ garlic sauce dinner with one side of hot and sour soup. The chicken is made with real breast meat and not the slippery, cheap things you can find in other restaurants. They give you a whole container full of it with rice on the side when it is usually half rice and half meat and vegetables. The hot and acid soup was also incredible, they actually work in preparing your food and with Hq ingredients. It also cost the same amount that other places do the gas station hot food quality compared to this place. I found my new Chinese food restaurant"

"I have been coming here since Kirin opened. I have had the sushi, miso soup, the drinks, fried rice, entrees, and appetizers. All of it has been delicious and plentiful. The staff is nice and the restaurant is clean. It can get busy, but they offer to go/take out for those days when you want to enjoy your food at home. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is nice, and it’s in a good location. I’ve worked my way through the menu. My favorite items from there include egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, crispy sriracha chicken, and the under the sea sushi roll. Happy eating!"

"good eating, but not exceptional. sufficient if the part/s is provided. what we thought was a $7 half sushi roll was a single, small, 4" temaki (cone). my dad liked his unagi command. all the others were disappointed. pic 1 shows the temaki most of my order, I decided to give the greatest part of my Oyshi role to my man, as its order out that the small cone. my mother spicy pork bowl order have turned out a thin layer of pork at the top, and usually swirl at the bottom. the court should be renamed spicy wobble dish with pork. disappointed. update: after the meal, my sister got d,_ and man had to work (first time in years) with what he says feels like badly lean flu. could that have been the food we ordered from this place? ?"

"Dilapidated and dirty interior, very average food. I?ve been coming to PG for many years. This evening was the first time since the beginning of the pandemic. The interior of the restaurant hasn?t been updated, or thoroughly cleaned, in many years. Thecarpet is greasy and dirty, several light fixtures are burned out, some of the stone facade has fallen off, there are stains onthe walls. The grease panels over the hibachi grills haven?t been cleaned in a long time. The grease is literally dripping ontothe grills. The lobby seating wore out years ago. Ceiling panels are missing and broken; stuff is literally hanging out of theceiling. The hibachi grills have seen better days. The stainless steel trim around the grill top was falling off; the chef hadto put it back in place a couple times. Given the poor condition of the dining area, imagine what the kitchen must look like.How does this place pass a health inspection? The food is average at best. $37/plate is outrageous for the condition of therestaurant and the low quality food. It was hot; that?s the best I can say for it. The soup was weak broth with a couplevegetables floating in it. The salad was floating in a half inch of water and clearly wasn?t freshly made. The steak was fattyand tough; the chicken a bit rubbery. The owners are clearly milking every dime out of the place and not investing a nickel incleaning, repairing or updating the restaurant infrastructure, the menu or the quality of the food. There are so many greatrestaurants in Rochester; this place isn?t among them. Plum Garden?s day has come and gone. Time for a major refresh or toclose."

"On a positive note, the customer service was fantastic. I want to give special thanks to the manager, who acknowledged the mistakes and did everything he could to rectify the situation. He was friendly, generous, and genuinely apologetic throughout our entire visit. Overall, the food was great. However, I deducted a star due to the aforementioned issues and the fact that many of the rolls were quite similar, mostly variations of imitation crab, tempura shrimp, and eel sauce. Once the kitchen finds its rhythm again, I would definitely be willing to return."

"If you're in search of excellent sushi, this is the spot for you. It is a cozy establishment with limited seating and just one chef, so service may be slow if it's busy. We tried the sea urchin, which had a strong fishy and oceanic taste. Make sure to inquire about the price before ordering, as it was quite expensive, but we found the portion size to be generous. I opted for the beef teriyaki bento, but felt that the amount of beef was a bit small. We were the only ones dining in on a weekend, but it seemed like they were handling many takeout orders. If you find yourself on Polk Street and craving some delicious sushi, give this place a try."

"I used to order the chicken katsu curry (with extra curry sauce) every week. It was one of my favorite dishes in San Francisco. However, in the past few months, I noticed that the curry sauce tastes different and I miss how it used to be. I wonder if they changed the chef or the recipe."
