"I'm giving this place of three because of the nice waiter and the location is nice. I also only tried the Mexican food so I don't know what the other food tastes like. When I went at lunch there was a lot of retired people eating there. I drove out of the way to try this place because I was told by people they had good authentic Mexican food. I'm assuming it's people that have never been outside of the area. I was disappointed with the food and the prices for what I received if the food had been authentic the prices would have been worth it. But everything was flavorless and watered down I'm not sure if it was done because most of the guests are primarily elderly from what I saw today. They didn't even have authentic Mexican hot sauce or cheeses on my flautas. The chips were cold they tasted a little stale and the salsa was tasteless and like a tomato puree. It's very Americanized and if that's what you like you'll probably like this place. But for me it wasn't what I was expecting. Better to travel to other places and get Mexican food in the area. I hope they read these reviews because they are Mexican family and I'm sure that they can make better food and if they've watered it down for the area in the population that they're getting I think that's the wrong thing to do. "Une nouvelle société de gestion a ruiné cet endroit. Aucun menu pour enfants disponible à lire, que ce soit sur papier ou en ligne, la serveuse devait vérifier ce qui était disponible pour les enfants. Ma boisson était tellement déséquilibrée avec le jus de citron qu'elle avait un goût de nettoyant pour sol. Nous avons commandé un premier hamburger pour enfants, du fromage Mac n, de la salade César pour être prêts et nos applications. Nos applications sont venues en premier. Le tataki de thon avait bon goût, je ne peux pas croire que mon mari en ait mangé, je pense qu'il l'a fait uniquement parce qu'il avait tellement faim. Les potstickers étaient brûlés, pas dorés, brûlés d'un côté. Je ne peux pas croire que mes enfants les ont mangés, mais encore une fois, ils avaient aussi faim. La bruschetta était la spéciale, les tomates n'étaient pas encore mûres, pourquoi la proposer comme spéciale si les produits ne sont pas mûrs?. Non pas que cela importait, car il y avait tellement d'ail que vous ne pouviez rien goûter. Le pain servi avec était également complètement noir d'un côté. Pas grillé totalement noir. N'ai pas mangé. Et pour la dernière fois, nous avons commandé la crêpe de homard. En bas à droite brut. Salade de homard froide, dans un enveloppement froid et émietté Oui, elle était enroulée comme une enveloppe de charcuterie avec une grosse goutte de mayo dans l'assiette. Non comestible et dégoûtant. C'était la dernière paille. Si vos boissons sont mauvaises et votre nourriture est mauvaise, pourquoi rester? J'ai demandé le chèque et d'aller dans des boîtes pour la nourriture des enfants, qui n'était toujours pas arrivée, et je suis parti. Pas une seule fois le serveur ou un responsable n'a fait un contrôle de qualité sur nous ou demandé si tout allait bien. Nous avons payé notre enregistrement dans son intégralité et a donné un pourboire au serveur, a dit à l'hôtesse sur notre chemin notre déception, aucune tentative de trouver un responsable ou d'essayer de corriger la situation. Ce fut une expérience très décevante, et nous ne voyons aucune raison de revenir si c'est dans cette direction que leur niveau de qualité et leur service sont pris depuis le licenciement de leur chef et directeur de restaurant."

"We visited on a Friday evening and were able to get a seat without a reservation. Would have preferred to sit in the bar section because they have TVs and seemed cozier. Maybe if we would have had reservations we could have made a request for seating inthis area. Regardless, we were seated in the back room which has mostly booths so offers privacy. The waitress was attentive andtimely. I enjoyed a burger and onion rings, and were cooked appropriately (medium for burger) for my tastes. My husband enjoyeda fish sandwich and my daughter a chicken sandwich. I would definitely return here."

"It’s been awhile since I’ve had a dining experience like my Aunt and I had last night at the Tavern. Truly one of the best! The food (which was amazing) literally flowed from one course to the next appropriately without feeling rushed. Our server seemed to genuinely want to make sure our experience was unforgettable without being annoying. I’m sorry I’ve waited so long to come back to the Tavern! Thank you for treating us like royalty!!"

"Disappointed to see such poor judgement and poor business decision making happening at Allenberry. A business that is ok with furthering community divide, increasing local tensions, alienating anyone concerned about covid or racism or LGBTQ issues (along with many others), exposing employees and their families to the risks involved with this group of careless and selfish people, and increasing the chances that covid spreads in the community (delaying returning to schools or visiting the elderly in the nursing homes as well as risking illness, suffering, and death), is not at all representative of an owner or business that cares about the community or those in it. We will not patronize Allenberry from this point on and will encourage others to do the same and instead choose businesses who exhibit civic and community values. Integrity still matters."
