"I discovered the Lake in the Hills location a few months ago and have been ordering pizza every Friday since then. However, our most recent experience was quite disappointing from start to finish. When I went to pick up the pizza, I encountered a very unfriendly attitude from the Eastern European woman at the counter. I tried to overlook her demeanor, collected my pizza, and headed home. Unfortunately, the pizza was undercooked and the dough was soggy. Overall, I was very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. If it weren't for the unwelcoming attitude, I might have considered giving it another chance."

The pizza had very few toppings. I had the same pizza from Rosati's in Huntley, and there you actually get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Papa Servario’s Lake in the Hills. Family owned and operates this particular franchise. The Paulauskas’. Good people. A solid 6.8 out of 10 (one bite, everyone knows the rules). Topped with some Moneyman Hotsauce Fire Roasted jalapeño hotsauce.

Ordered on Doordash. Canceled my order as they for gor to turn off service on Doordash. I had yo wait five to seven days for my money back and find food again late at night. Not very professional or seemingly cared about letting a customer down becauseof their mistake. Voir le carte

This restaurant is expensive and lacks flavor. The place down the street provides better value for your money and is significantly tastier. I'm always disappointed when I accidentally choose to order from here. Their crust is unimpressive, and the portion sizes do not warrant the prices they charge.

I would rate it a solid 6.8 out of 10 (one bite, everyone knows the rules). I recommend adding some Moneyman Hotsauce Fire Roasted jalapeño hot sauce for an added kick.
