The pizza here is fantastic! It's really enjoyable to watch people playing shuffleboard, tennis, and other games while you savor a slice.

The best place to enjoy the outside. The room was clean and beds were so nice. Slept withe the door open to hear the waves slap the shore. A safe and beautiful place to visit. We will come again! Service: 5

This restaurant is a great choice for pizza, particularly if you're dining with a large group. The service is outstanding, and the ambiance is lovely. Plus, there's a tennis court and lawn bowling right outside, making it easy to reach from both the lake and the land. Voir le carte

I dined in for dinner and found the meal to be fantastic, with the food earning a solid 5 out of 5. The flavors and presentation were exceptional. However, the service left much to be desired, as I would rate it a disappointing 2. While the staff was polite, the responsiveness and attentiveness were lacking. On a positive note, the atmosphere was delightful, earning a perfect score of 5. The ambiance created a lovely setting for the evening. Overall, while the food and atmosphere were outstanding, the service could use some improvement. The price per person ranged between $10 and $20, which I found reasonable for the quality of the meal.

Very, very disappointing experience. We had two rooms and both rooms had many issues. Here are the examples: the room was musty, run down, stained carpet, the patio and front door screen didn’t close properly , clogged bathroom sink, leak in the bath room ceiling , etc. The owner was very condescending when he was approached about all of the above issues and stated that the Holiday Inn was more expensive to stay at so feel free to leave. Oh, by the way, Ben, no, it is less expensive. Family owned resort but not family friendly to their guests. If you are thinking of going to Maddens on Gull Lake, think again. This was a one and done trip and do not recommend this place.

We arrived later on a Friday night, and after getting settled, we decided to look for a nearby place to eat. Luckily, we found this restaurant just down the street from where we were staying, and we walked in around 8:00 p.m. There were two young staff members working that evening, and while the restaurant was fairly quiet, they seemed quite busy with many take-out orders. The staff was very friendly and took our order promptly, which we really appreciated. It's always nice to receive service with a smile, something that feels increasingly rare these days.
