Everything was perfect! Pesto Fredo has always been a favorite of mine. This was a great portion, with the right amount of sauce and toppings. You can never go wrong with Stretch Bread from Pastas!! Magnifico!

this has always been one of our favorite restaurants in syrakus and now they offer vegan options for appetizer, entree and dessert, they are still! great place for date night. great service, drinks and eating! menu change regularly!

They don't take reservations and are very busy, so expect a wait for a table. Seasonal menu, so this may not apply, but the pasta dish was amazing. It was the only real vegan entree available, however. You can also order pasta with marinara sauce. Staff is knowledgeable. Bread is excellent. They do have a vegan dessert option too. Voir le carte

We really enjoyed the Hot Oil Appetizer, which came with a generous serving of bread and was a great addition to our meal. However, we were disappointed with the Alfredo as the sauce lacked flavor and the pasta-to-sauce ratio was off. The Meatballs (2) had a good texture and tasty flavor, with a good amount of sauce. Despite the mixed experience, we would still consider ordering from this restaurant again.

The options listed on here have changed, they have a seasonal menu. We got the vegan roasted beets and blood oranges over an almond puree for an appetizer which was amazing, then for our entree we both got the vegan carbonara. It was okay, very very rich and we both felt so heavy after dinner but we aren't used to having so much pasta. The apple cranberry cobbler with coconut whipped cream for dessert was amazing on the other hand, all around I felt like this was a good meal for a date night. Next time I want to try their vegan pesto pasta!

pastabilities is a syrakus gem, and they have the waiting list to prove it. the waiting times for dinner were over two hours on a Monday evening. because of waiting for a table we sat at the bar and ordered to eat there. the spicy hot tomato oil (for which they are famous) is a wonderful opportunity to begin the meal. (It contains honey, so vegan take notiz I ordered the vegan meatball riggies, so was tasteful and good. my friend was very happy with his pasta bolognese. total pastabilities definitiw is a great place to eat. I would love it if they were extended one day; they have the demand to justify it! Voir le carte

They had a lot of different vegan options I tried the vegan pesto pasta and it was really good I’ve missed pesto a bit so it was a nice refresher they also had vegan chocolate cake balls but I didn’t try them out (too stuffed from the pasta) but my mom had the non vegan version and she said they were amazing (more like a moose than a cake) so they can’t be too different the waiter was also very knowledgeable about everything vegan and their menu was labeled for vegan options it’s also a very busy restaurant so the wait is around 30 minutes so I highly recommend calling ahead and asking if they are busy but they do not take reservations

because of Covid-19, our meal was to go and it smells so good, we ate it in the car curbside. we ordered 2 vegan salads and 2 main dishes: vegan (beyond) meatball riggies and vegan basil pesto. the salads were normal garden salads, nothing special. both hot entrees were excellent. the meatballs are made with beyond beef and their own special ingredients. they can order additional meatballs as a supplement. the basil pesto had many pine nuts I love! her homemade brot is also vegan so that carb lovers like me can take off. they also have a vegan pink wodka cream sauce. they also have a bakery over the street with several vegan options and grave-and-go sauces.

this is clearly one of the best restaurants in syrakus. my review is limited to the vegan options. (my partner and my friends love everything they have eaten there, I agree with almost everything theresa stowell says in their rating. summarize my 3 star review this is a very good restaurant with very limited vegan options. the restaurant now opens at 16 o'clock during the covid and we went last night directly when opened. we have a table in the small rear outside terrace on a warm night. there are only two entrees that are vegan both pasta dishes. unfortunately all their homemade pastas are not vegan except the campanelle. even the entire weeping armchair is not vegan.
