"tried patogh for the first time tonight and I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. clean, friendly, fast, high-quality eating! the customer service was impeccable and eating was not disappointed. we had a gyro sandwich, hummus and chicken kewer w/ reis and baklava dessert. we stopped to order, and the service was fast and they were so nice that they offered us water to enjoy while we waited (we did not accept, but what a nice gesture. we brought the food home and everything was delicious! good news is there tomorrow rest for lunch. what a great discovery. will definitely come back! would have posted photos, but eating disappeared:"

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The girl at the counter was quite rude to an elderly lady who was trying to place her order. The menu board had changed and was quite small, making it difficult to read. Instead of offering help, the girl told the lady to take a picture of the menu and zoom in, which was very inconsiderate. I definitely won't be returning. I would mention the girl's name, but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. On a positive note, the young man preparing the food was very kind."

"I went here with my Iranian parents after going to take the SAT all the way from California. Needless to say, the incredibly delicious(and SHOCKINGLY fresh) food and incredibly kind service made the trip to this random city for a standardized test totally worth it, and the kabob here was LEAGUES better and fresher than any kabob I've had from restaurants in San Jose(or really just all of Northern California) for me and my parents(who know the authentic kind of kabob being that they're Iranian). Even after I had a somewhat heavy breakfast, I still ate my entire Luleh plate, and I'd frankly eat another entire Luleh plate from here right now after having eaten dinner already. 10/10, would come again"

"The food was delicious! This was our first time here. Best chicken and waffle sandwich I've ever had!! Perfect sweet and savory dish! The biscuits and gravy was delicious as well as the chicken fried steak. Our waitress seemed busy, too busy to stop as we asked for refills, 3 of us had empty cups, 2 wanted more coffee another wanted another iced tea, but only one person had a chance to ask for something while she continued walking by. As we were leaving, we seen 5 servers standing around the register, talking. They didn't seem short staffed, and it didn't seem to busy to provide better service, as there were only 2 other families there. I'd rate the food 9 out of 10 but when it comes to service i received that day, there's room for improvement. I Always say, for a nice tip.... Please keep my cups full and my table clean. (remove empty dishes) If i decide to go again. I hope it will be a better experience as I am only speaking of the service provided by 1 female not on behalf of the whole place. "Not as good as usual. I got a chicken tostada, chicken enchilada and chicken taco. The first time I got this combo, it was perfect and the tostado was in a separate box. Last two times although the food got to me in record time, it was all boxed together and although it was still warm, it was very soggy. So just not as good. A soggy tostado snd taco is just not as enjoyable. I 've also tried shredded beef a few times and it is not shredded, more like beef pellets. So I 'm not sure why they offer shredded beef ? However! Excellent price point and the food is usually really good. I do highly recommend"
