Great pizza and they are usually really quick! The Wednesday special is great for a quick dinner during the week and if you eat there, it's always clean! The arcade section is kind of disappointing but it does the job for my daughter while we wait!

Ordered a two topping pizza. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. Looked awesome. Only complaint was there was hardly any sauce. As a result the pizza was dry. The guy at the counter was friendly and the place seemed clean. I will try again but tell them to put more sauce on the pizza!

Worse customer service ever!!!!! Called to order and girl told me one price I got there and told me something completely different . Manager would not come out to talk to me and let me walk out over 3 dollars. She said nothing she could do. I drove 15 min to get pizza. She did not care!!!!!

Used to love this place but the last time I went there the food was pretty baf... they let me wait 30 mins for them to make what I ordered and then when they handed me my pizza they told me that they didn't have half of the ingredients that should have been on the pizza I ordered.... I have never been to this restaurant personally but it is our go to order when we order from Grubhub delivery. We live in Waterford and happened to find Pizza Factory in Denair one day trying to decide what we wanted for dinner. Now we only order from there. The combination and pepperoni are our favorites. The crust is always perfect and is never overcooked. We will definitely keep ordering and hopefully will go into the restaurant to eat soon.

Worst customer service ever. Zack and Devin or whatever the girls name was threw a fit about giving me ranch with my salad. I asked for ranch and she threw it at me with some dumb ass attitude and I said hey check it out if I order salad it should come with sauce. Zack started yelling in my face telling me get the fuck out! And I said hey I'm not scared of you all I asked for was my sauce for my salad. He tried to say because I didn't have shoes on I'm not owed shit???? I live next door if I dont have shoes on who's to cares I'm paying my American dollars to be yelled at? And deprived of ranch?
