Food is great but the service could be so much better. No one seems to ever be pleasant or even pretend to be nice.Food: 5/5

Went on Sunday. Waited about 12 min to place my order and was out within 30. Got a catfish plate and a chicken wing plate. Food was very good.

A friend and I were eating there yesterday. My friend had the cat and I baked chickens. Our sites were Mac/Käse, Grüns and Yams. We shared Peach Kobler (WOW the real thing). The staff was attentive and allowed us a lot of time to cover. I enjoy bringing my friends here.

Drove from Milwaukee I the food. Fresh every thing the smell reminded me of my grandmas dressing the mac n cheese is baked we'll the meat well done the n the yams the dressing man I can not complain this is why I like CHICAGO THEY DEFINITELY REPRESENT daily every time we come out here its a good time the food the atmosphere

We hosted my father-in-law's celebration at Priscilla's, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment I met with the manager, Tiffany, the service was outstanding. I live the street of Priscilla, and it saves me that I go to the city for a decent soul food. I really enjoy the food but what bothers me about this restaurant are the male waiters. They're kind of sloppy in their appearance. I'm talking to long fingernails, shirt hanging outside their pants and they murmured a lot. You must be family. This is the only conclusion I can think of. It's a family business. Maybe they should tell Pokey that it's more professional.

The quality of the food has really gone downhill, and I find it quite disappointing. I placed an online order on a Wednesday (since they’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays), and when I arrived for pickup, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. When I asked about the delay, there was no response. Eventually, my order was brought out, but unfortunately, everything was old and unappetizing. The meat was dry, clearly cooked two days earlier. So, I ended up waiting a long time just for overcooked catfish, liver, and ribs? I remember enjoying fantastic food and service when I visited this place in the past, but now it's just not worth it. We celebrated my.mom's 75th birthday on Saturday, April 16, 2022 and catered from Priscilla's. Our food was delivered on time and arrived hot and fresh. My order was correct and nothing was forgotten, including the gravy and cranberry sauce for the dressing! Although the food was great, what I was most impressed with was the honesty and integrity of the staff person who took my catering order. I know it was one of Priscilla's daughters, but her name escapes me. When I placed the catering bill for the party, I informed her that my order was tax exempt.
