Hoyt wait tons of empty tables not enough dishes place was filthy waitress was nice it just like the place has been let go

Everything tasted fine. The service was fine. The music volume kept going up and down. It was kinda loud most of the time.

Seems like the pound of crab legs is always a different size. Much less this time, looked more like 1/2 pound. Taste was good though Voir le carte

Service was good but we waited a long time for our food and it was hardly warm. The crab legs were a little soggy and the steak was over cooked.

So glad to see the love lobster and endless shrimp back in action. We go every couple of months and always have excellent service. Be sure and check out the app and rewards well worth the effort!

Fantastic food and awesome service as always. The wait time can be long but they text you when your table is ready so you can run to the mall or sit in your vehicle and not be crowded in the waiting area. Voir le carte

My husband, sister, and I went to lunch on Saturday afternoon to take advantage of the endless shrimp deal they had for Easter weekend. As always, the food was delicious and our waiter, Gavin, was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and ensured we had a great experience. We love Red Lobster in Shawnee and will definitely be returning.

Food, tasted subpar to the one in OKC. Service on the other hand, awful. I do not know if they just do not have enough staff, or if they pick specific people to be nicer too, but this is my husband and I's second time here and we have had yet another awful experience. Waited 5 mins to be seated, (which was okay) then almost over an hour waiting on our food when others had already gotten there's, eaten and left. It took us maybe 20 mins to eat and waited another hour for our check and even the waitress to acknowledge us. Not happy at all with this specific location and would rather drive to OKC.

I work in a restaurant kitchen and I give this place 1 star. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, but she failed to inform us that our meal would be served slowly. We waited for an hour before finally asking her, and only then did she let us know. The hostess was also not very good - I had asked for a reservation and was told it would only be a 0-10 minute wait. However, when I arrived 10 minutes later, I was told to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. When we were finally seated, we noticed many empty tables while others were still waiting.
