"I work in a restaurant kitchen and I give this place 1 star. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, but she failed to inform us that our meal would be served slowly. We waited for an hour before finally asking her, and only then did she let us know. The hostess was also not very good - I had asked for a reservation and was told it would only be a 0-10 minute wait. However, when I arrived 10 minutes later, I was told to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. When we were finally seated, we noticed many empty tables while others were still waiting. Our food arrived almost cold, and my fish dish was served on wet paper, causing the paper to tear as I tried to cut into it. The fish itself was not crispy as advertised, and overall we were extremely disappointed, especially since we were entertaining family from out of town."

Food was good as always and service was ok. Got our drink orders wrong and had to ask for silverware after salads were left at table.

Service was good but we waited a long time for our food and it was hardly warm. The crab legs were a little soggy and the steak was over cooked.

Husband and I went here for lunch today. Only one couple waiting ahead of us. After the couple was taken to be seated, Person at desk told us that there would be a wait, because they were out of tables. But there were ton of empty tables and notmany coustomers. We left. There is something wrong with this place. Sign of the times I guess.

My husband, sister, and I went to lunch on Saturday afternoon to take advantage of the endless shrimp deal they had for Easter weekend. As always, the food was delicious and our waiter, Gavin, was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and ensured we had a great experience. We love Red Lobster in Shawnee and will definitely be returning.
