The place was hoppin.A little bit of a wait time so we sat in the bar. My Black Bleu burger was perfect.Yeah, I cheated and had steak fries.Friendly, hardworking staff.

Best service I've had at Red Robin in a long, long time. Had the Simple Grilled Chicken salad and the short stack of onion rings which were just as good as ever. Refills were brought even without asking and food came quickly. My faith in this restaurant has been restored!

Your menu offers bottomless fries when you order the correct menu item but yet you only allow ONE fry basket out per FOUR people so we have to share our food. Even though! Your menu clearly states bottomless fries PER ordered cheese burger, not per person, this is false advertisement and just plain ridiculous. Voir le carte

Loved the service. Loved the wait staff and cooks. Middle finger held to the corporate and management that think running a restaurant on such a tight setup with short staff is worth running your employees to the ground in order to fill delivery and Uber Eats orders. For Pete's sake, prioritize and shut down deliveries and focus on dining instead of lining your pockets and destroying morale of your staff. You guys don't deserve the staff you have.

The staff was friendly and the server was wonderful with my children. The 4 stars were due to food quality. We had a big group, so we ordered six baskets of groundless pommes. We received only 1 refill for our 10-person group. The refills were tiny, like what the duck was so tiny. A basket had only 10 Pommes in it. The quality of the frits themselves was also overwhelming with noticeable differences in taste, temperature and appearance. With this meal disappointed.

probably not return to this place again. it is very inward and although it appears clean, it needs everything new, especially the carpet. they seemed understated, but all had a smile and did their best. even the manager broke a sweat, running eating and bussing table. he still gave us a friendly hallo! also no complaining about eating, all hot and tasty and came out of the kitchen in time. the endless broccoli is my all-time fav! back to the state of the restaurant. it is simply not beautiful, in a dark, dingy dated interior, although clean. they have to close for a month, tear everything out and brighten up the place. Wife and I ordered burgers. Had the new pretzel bun cheese burger. Was supposed to be well done for the wife and come with the beer cheese fondue. It was med well and came out with the wrong dip a couple times. Page, our wait person was fantastic and veryattentive. She took care of us as best as she was able, but there seemed to be a breakdown with communication between the frontand the back of house. My food on the other hand was perfect and hot as is the norm here. Manager Anthony, did come out andtook care of us, and I want to stress this is not our usual experience. Food is usually great and the staff is always topnotch. All in all it is a great place to eat and we do come here often.

Went to this red robin for my birthday and it was absolutely terrible, our server was more occupied flirting with girls then he was taking care of his tables, it took him about min to even take our order and he is not even the one who brought our food to us once we finally got our order in. The food was a whole other problem, my fries sweet potato fries came out burnt hard and cold, my hamburger tasted terrible and was ice cold in the center. It was a very unpleasant birthday dinner, I understand places are sort staffed right now but if you have time to play on your phone and flirt with girls then you have time to take care of your customers, we definitely won't be returning and if I could r...

when we were there, we waited minutes to sit. I still don't understand why, because several groups of three people came in and they were sitting before us. but we said they had to wait until we could sit down. I wasn't really angry, I just waited. I thought it was because we had kids. Once we were able to sit, we were immediately greeted with our server and asked us what we wanted to drink. we have our drinks in a contemporary fashion, and then we were asked if we decided what we wanted, but we had not yet. the woman still came to a few minutes later, which left us a lot of time to look and order. the children got X-rays and good food. the price for everything is just perfect. they were shor...
