"Went to this red robin for my birthday and it was absolutely terrible, our server was more occupied flirting with girls then he was taking care of his tables, it took him about min to even take our order and he is not even the one who brought our food to us once we finally got our order in. The food was a whole other problem, my fries sweet potato fries came out burnt hard and cold, my hamburger tasted terrible and was ice cold in the center. It was a very unpleasant birthday dinner, I understand places are sort staffed right now but if you have time to play on your phone and flirt with girls then you have time to take care of your customers, we definitely won't be returning and if I could rate a negative I would rate this experience a"

Best service I've had at Red Robin in a long, long time. Had the Simple Grilled Chicken salad and the short stack of onion rings which were just as good as ever. Refills were brought even without asking and food came quickly. My faith in this restaurant has been restored!

Tasty burgers and bottomless fries. Delicious shakes. You fill up for sure. Disappointed on this visit after unloading disabled, elderly family member that restaurant was only open certain hours for take out this visit. We went to olive garden across street so could sit and enjoy.

Your menu offers bottomless fries when you order the correct menu item but yet you only allow ONE fry basket out per FOUR people so we have to share our food. Even though! Very disappointed with this meal. They were 20 mins late getting our take out order out to us. I understand the short staffing has been an issue lately for a lot of restaurants so that can be overlooked. What can't be overlooked is the quality of themeal. Fries and burger meat was way overdone. It was like eating leather. Terrible. If they didn't overcook it so much itmight not have been late getting to us.

Loved the service. Loved the wait staff and cooks. Middle finger held to the corporate and management that think running a restaurant on such a tight setup with short staff is worth running your employees to the ground in order to fill delivery and Uber Eats orders. For Pete's sake, prioritize and shut down deliveries and focus on dining instead of lining your pockets and destroying morale of your staff. You guys don't deserve the staff you have.
