"My daughter has celiac disease and is severely allergic to wheat and gluten. The woman who helped us with our order was very kind and helpful. However, the man in the back who actually made our food seemed extremely annoyed and was actually rude when werequested that her food not be placed on the same grill as flour products. I left them a tip because I felt guilty for having aspecial order due to her severe food allergy. I said thank you and he gave me a dirty look. We will never return here again. Iended up not even having her eat her food because I didn't feel safe that he had prepared it properly or even cared about herallergy that we carefully explained. I have never seen such greasy Mexican food ever!"

Carne asada burrito had no flavor and the guacamole didnt taste good. It was not guacamole. It was runny. I ordered Grilled Jalapeño Side was not grilled jalapeños, instead pickled jalapeños.

We got breakfast burritos on our way out of Fresno. They tasted good, a nice thing to grab on the way. It was very hot when we got it, which is great but made for a long time waiting to eat the food as it took a while to cool down.

Done with this place...first time there gave me nachos when I asked for asada fries and asked for sauce they forgot. Tonight asked for asada fires and they gave me a bean burrito..how's that sound similar? Also a carnitas torta and gave me a asadatotal. Their speak you can barely hear them... hope they close soon if they can't ever get orders right.

this is a Fresno institution. it is not gourmet, it is like stone food. it is comfort to eat that they pack after a night of drinking or smoking. it hits the point, but it's greasy. it's not authentic and my wife doesn't like it, but I love it! the next thing that is authentic on the menu is the mini-tacos. asada nachos, california burrito, even the rolled taquitos are yum. Had a terrible experience! We live in the neighborhood, have eaten here numerous times. My son was graduating, decided to get a few burritos. Valerie ibelieve was her name totally messed the order up. There was only 3 burritos ordered. She made separatereceipts. Then when I got home. My burrito was nasty. $35 for 3 burritos that wasn't even good. Truthfully never had service orfood like that from any of the Robertito's in Fresno or Clovis.

I had a really disappointing experience! We live in the neighborhood and have dined here many times. My son decided to order a few burritos, and the staff member, who I believe was named Valerie, seemed completely confused. There were only three burritos ordered, but it took a long time to prepare them. When I got home, my burrito was terrible. We paid $35 for three burritos that were not even good. I've honestly never had such poor service or food quality at any of the Robertito's locations in Fresno or Clovis.

"I hadn't been to Prime 13 since it opened several years ago, not for any particular reason. We visited for a Father's Day dinner celebration as it is a local steakhouse. The restaurant is beautiful, dark but relaxed ambiance. Full for a Thursday and it seemed kid friendly which we appreciated as parents-to-be. Patrons were in very relaxed summer attire so it didn't feel so fancy that you had to dress up. They only had two mocktails, tried the one with cucumber and it was very refreshing but at $10 I felt it was a bit overpriced at only $5 less than regular cocktails. They have a pretty good date night option for weeknights so we picked two small salads, one protein dish to split and one side with two (very small) desserts. We added on a starter that we probably could've done without but we wanted to try the Cajun bites. It was steak tips in salsa with chips. Good but not great. For the start of dinner our salads were okay, mine was pretty basic dinner salad I would've preferred the wedge but it's not an option with the special even though it's priced the same. Now for the tomahawk steak, this is where they wowed. It was huge!! we couldn't even finish half and VERY tasty and tender. Definitely the star of our visit; the sides were once again good but not great, for the seasonal veggies they brought out seasoned corned and we added on the hatch Mac and cheese (not spicy at all, which I was happy about) otherwise the special only comes with one side. My husband had two cocktails he said were good but he didn't seem overly impressed compared to other old fashioned's he's had. Overall we did enjoy our dinner and thought the service was good. We had them package our desserts to go. It was a chocolate mousse pie and creme brûlée. I liked my brûlée but it was a tiny portion, (not that I needed more). after all of our add ons and tip we spent several hundred dollars. I'd visit again to try other selections but for the value (minus the steak) it's not breaking into my favorite local places for a nice dinner."
