"My daughter has celiac disease and is highly allergic to wheat and gluten. The woman who took our order was very kind and accommodating. However, the man in the back who prepared our food appeared quite annoyed and was actually rude when we requested that her meal not be cooked on the same grill used for flour products. I left a tip because I felt guilty about needing a special order due to her serious food allergy, but when I thanked him, he just shot me a dirty look. We will not return here. In the end, I didn’t even let her eat her food because I didn’t feel confident that it was prepared safely or that he took her allergy seriously, despite our thorough explanations. I have never encountered such greasy Mexican food in my life!"

The nachos and enchiladas were baked with tweepers and paprika, but there wasn't much meat, and they were very expensive. I do not recommend this place.

Carne asada burrito had no flavor and the guacamole didnt taste good. It was not guacamole. It was runny. I ordered Grilled Jalapeño Side was not grilled jalapeños, instead pickled jalapeños.

I was looking forward to eating a delicious chile verde burrito but what a disappointment, there was NO BEANS AND RICE in it! I dont know what changed with your menu but rice and beans go hand in hand with any Mexican dish.

this is a Fresno institution. it is not gourmet, it is like stone food. it is comfort to eat that they pack after a night of drinking or smoking. it hits the point, but it's greasy. it's not authentic and my wife doesn't like it, but I love it! the next thing that is authentic on the menu is the mini-tacos. asada nachos, california burrito, even the rolled taquitos are yum.

The girl running the drive through tonight 4-2-22 has apparently no education of the menu and probably eats paint chips on her break from the bathroom wall. She had no clue what a sport burrito was after saying it 3-4 times and getting responded with barbacoa? . I am not making this up, this girl is by far THE DUMEST person in the food industry. She should be fired and a sport burrito thrown at her as she picks up her final check. View menu

I had a really disappointing experience! We live in the neighborhood and have dined here many times. My son decided to order a few burritos, and the staff member, who I believe was named Valerie, seemed completely confused. There were only three burritos ordered, but it took a long time to prepare them. When I got home, my burrito was terrible. We paid $35 for three burritos that were not even good. I've honestly never had such poor service or food quality at any of the Robertito's locations in Fresno or Clovis.

"I hadn't been to Prime 13 since it opened several years ago, not for any particular reason. We visited for a Father's Day dinner celebration as it is a local steakhouse. The restaurant is beautiful, dark but relaxed ambiance. Full for a Thursday and it seemed kid friendly which we appreciated as parents-to-be. Patrons were in very relaxed summer attire so it didn't feel so fancy that you had to dress up. They only had two mocktails, tried the one with cucumber and it was very refreshing but at $10 I felt it was a bit overpriced at only $5 less than regular cocktails. They have a pretty good date night option for weeknights so we picked two small salads, one protein dish to split and one side with two (very small) desserts. We added on a starter that we probably could've done without but we wanted to try the Cajun bites. It was steak tips in salsa with chips. Good but not great. For the start of dinner our salads were okay, mine was pretty basic dinner salad I would've preferred the wedge but it's not an option with the special even though it's priced the same. Now for the tomahawk steak, this is where they wowed. It was huge!! we couldn't even finish half and VERY tasty and tender. Definitely the star of our visit; the sides were once again good but not great, for the seasonal veggies they brought out seasoned corned and we added on the hatch Mac and cheese (not spicy at all, which I was happy about) otherwise the special only comes with one side. My husband had two cocktails he said were good but he didn't seem overly impressed compared to other old fashioned's he's had. Overall we did enjoy our dinner and thought the service was good. We had them package our desserts to go. It was a chocolate mousse pie and creme brûlée. I liked my brûlée but it was a tiny portion, (not that I needed more). after all of our add ons and tip we spent several hundred dollars. I'd visit again to try other selections but for the value (minus the steak) it's not breaking into my favorite local places for a nice dinner."
