The food was outstanding. Our server, Lonny, really enhanced the experience with his wit and humor, making a wonderful time even more enjoyable.

Thank you Danny and Greg for such a great experience at bar! Praises to the chef last night who cooked our steaks one Medium Rare and one Medium Well! We shared an 11 oz filet Everything was excellent! My friends know that I rarely give anything an excellent except my man!

Service was good but my $70 medium rare rib eye was overcooked. Waiter immediately told the manager who came over and noted the overcooked meat but did absolutely nothing about it. Thought maybe they would at least cover a dessert or something. Will not be going back. Bad job by the manager.

The flavors are incredible and the meat is cooked to perfection, with more than enough portions. The platter featuring lobster and shrimp was delicious, and there’s an extensive wine list to suit all preferences. I got engaged after dinner at Ruth's Chris in 2021, and since then, we’ve made it a tradition to celebrate at our favorite restaurants. Yesterday marked our first wedding anniversary, and there’s no better place to celebrate than here with their amazing food. The service was excellent. Came here for a late lunch to celebrate getting through NYCC weekend. Staff was friendly, and accommodating. Our waiter had a sense of humor and was very knowledgeable on the history of the restaurant. For my entrée I got the 16oz Ribeye med rare Pittsburgh style. This is the first time I 've tried a steak in this style. It was cooked exactly as asked. The steak was good, but I would probably not order this style again. For our sides we got the Mac Cheese and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. The Mac Cheese is cavatappi pasta with a white cheddar sauce, traditionally it also comes with lobster but we passed on this option. This was my first time at a Ruth 's Chris, so here is my brutally honest opinion based on how it went: Pros: arrived 15 min late, however were seated almost instantly food quality is decent meat cooked to preference quiet ambiance Cons: staff was uncomfortably overattentive for the wrong reasons staff felt like they were all hiding a secret the secret was a classic trick: fast in, slow out (be prepared to be forgotten when you want the check, seen million of times there was a floor guy with glasses in a suit who kept hovering our table and looking at wine bottles on the wall the same dude (manager? kept asking us in a frantic tone if everything was to expectation like we insulted him, a bit...
