We enjoyed our evening with friends at Ruth Chris. Our server Eric was great and we never felt rushed. All of our meals came out perfectly cooked. Drinks from the bar were tasty.

Had to send steak back to kitchen came out undercooked and slightly cold. Got sick next day and took two days to fully recover. Called restaurant to let them know. No follow up whatsoever from restaurant.

Always delicious food and service when we come here. Our families favorite restaurant for special occasions. Henry is our favorite server, but he was not there last night. William took care of us and did an excellent job. One request: bring back the shoe string fry's!!! Voir le carte

Asking for the coat check took forever, with two employees calling each other instead of helping. In a spacious room, a crying child disrupted our meal. The chopped salad was not up to par, lacking in ingredients. However, the service was excellent and the steaks and sides were tasty. The atmosphere was more ordinary compared to other restaurants in the chain. Management seemed inattentive to details and could benefit from better training to create a more elevated dining experience than a typical diner like Denny's.

This was our first visit to the restaurant and it exceeded our expectations. The steak was absolutely delicious and possibly the best we have ever had. We were celebrating a birthday and were pleasantly surprised to find a card and confetti on our table when we were seated. The meal ended with a beautiful plate that included a personalized small cheesecake with a candle in it. The manager checked on us during our meal and our waiter provided exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!

Our server, William, was exceptional and truly made my 30th birthday dinner unforgettable. He was professional, knowledgeable about the menu, and even made sure my steak was cooked to the perfect temperature for my medical needs. In addition to William's excellent service, the rest of the staff at the restaurant was fantastic - the place was clean and everyone was helpful. The restaurant even knew it was my birthday and had decorated our table with confetti and a sweet card. These small gestures really mean a lot and we will definitely be returning to this restaurant soon. Voir le carte
