"While visiting family in Kenner we ate at Zea Rotisserie and Bar. Our family are regulars to this restaurant so it comes highly recommended. They also have a gluten free menu for my husband!! This is a very nice place to eat!! Everything everyone ordered looked great. My husband had the Casablanca chicken. He loved it. (hummus tasted amazing). I had the Gulf Shrimp and Grits. Soo good! Our family members had Breaux Bridge, Trout Lafitte and Sirloin Beef platter along with grits and red beans/ rice. Our family is correct in saying this is a great restaurant to eat!! Dietary restrictions: Zea has a gluten free menu for anyone with Celiac Disease."

"The BEST Mexican food restaurant in town! The food is always freshly prepares and absolutely delicious. I favor the Mexican pizzas, the fish tacos, and the tongue tacos. Their Pico de Gallo is some of the best I've had. The only thing that is disappointing is that the chips and Pico is not complimentary like other Mexican restaurants. "I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich on Texas Toast to go, and I was disappointed when I returned home to find what they had given me. Instead of a sandwich, I received a cheese omelet with a side of bacon and toast. It was completely different from how they've served it in the past. The presentation was lazy, and they didn’t even cut it in half or serve it like a proper sandwich, which they've always done before. Additionally, the staff seemed unfriendly and never smiled. I also think I was overcharged; I paid around $7.50, while the online menu lists it for $6.29. Even with a 10 percent sales tax, the total should not have come to $7.50."

"I was so excited for my family and I to have some free time to try Austins?.new to the area. Finally?.a day off. I don?t know where the people who left the rave reviews have been eating but the food I had was a one star only because I can?t leave zerostars. Smoked salmon app, Veal Austin and pork chop?..the smoked salmon was the best thing of the night?.other than thetea?.seriously doubt the salmon was made in-house so no credit should be given there. The contents of the app plate weresomewhat confusing but excusable. The veal was a fried veal cutlet?simple?.the crab topping was good but the roasted potatoesunder were embarrassing?salt was needed across the board. The Maple Pork chop was cooked perfectly?.the dish as a whole was afailure?.rice and yams?no?.neither had any redeeming qualities. I did ask for garlic mashed potatoes to replace my dirtyrice?.the wonderful server had to go back to get my potatoes due to the fact the kitchen disregarded my requestinitially?..again, no?.the garlic mashed potatoes were?..hmmm?.let?s just leave it at that. I only mention the $119 totalbecause it just adds to the disappointment?.the price wasn?t the issue?.the disappointment in the food with a $119 check was. All of that being said?..service was AMAZING. The young ladies at the door were warm and very courteous with a smile and promptseating. The dining room staff was equally impressive. I do regret not getting the name of our server?he went above and beyondto make our experience the best he could?.my young child especially?.cherries and lemons made her night?.thank you. I don?twant anyone to think we hated it?.we didn?t?.the items we had were not good at all?.even the bread brought to the table waslackluster. Austins employees were the star of the night for us?.not enough to bring us back. I can excuse mediocre foodbecause the wait staff is on point?.which it was?but even a stellar staff wasn?t enough to save the food of last night."

"Oh my gosh! This place was so good!! Definitely surprised since it?s not a full fledged sit down restaurant, but definitely worth it!! Only like $20 for a full platter of everything: fried catfish, oysters, shrimp, stuffed or soft shell crab, not to mention salad and a biscuit! Feed 3 adults with just that. Lady at the counter was so nice and accommodating, love her customer service style!"
