"Sapporo Ramen Grill in Midland, Texas, is truly a hidden gem! A local recommended it to me during my flight, mentioning it’s unlike the typical dining options around. The restaurant’s interior features a stylish 1990s bar atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Our server was outstanding, offering excellent suggestions. We began with the pork dumplings and cream cheese pineapple wontons—both were incredibly tasty starters. For the main dish, we opted for the General Tso’s chicken, which was delicious and perfectly satisfying as comforting Asian cuisine."

I wasn’t overly impressed, to be honest. It was good, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The miso ramen lacked strong flavor, though the noodles were tasty. The karaage chicken was a bit dry. I’d consider returning to try some of the other dishes, as they looked promising.

Love the all you can eat. Everything was delicious! I was so so full. My favorite roll was the boyfriend roll. The cilantro really set it off. I ordered a roll that was topped with loads of crab. Visited Sapporo Ramen Grill for the first time hoping for a tasty meal but was very disappointed. I ordered the sesame chicken, and it tasted terrible—nothing like any sesame chicken I’ve had before. The fried rice seemed freezer burned. Overall, the experience was quite unpleasant. I would not recommend this place.

The atmosphere was pleasant and not too busy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. While the food was tasty, I felt it was somewhat pricey since most entrees were centered around rice or noodles. You can choose to pay extra for additional beef, shrimp, and other ingredients. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely dine here again.

The atmosphere at Sapporo Ramen Grill is really cool. My sister and I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, which is usually a rich, creamy pork broth made by simmering pork bones for hours. Unfortunately, the ramen we received was far from that. The broth was very thin and lacked flavor completely (see below). While the noodles had a good texture, they tasted as if they had been rinsed too much. At $15 a bowl, I was quite disappointed.
