I am a long-time Shamrock customer. I had the worst experience ever (Sunday 7/14/24)! The burgers were not even close to being cooked as ordered. The fries were hard and cold! I was told by a waitress all day that they were sending burgers back! Evidently, the cook was new and had little training!

It seems this place is known for its burgers, but we tried the Pastrami and Swiss, and the Corned Beef and Swiss sandwiches. I thought it was a very generous size sandwich, the Pastrami, that comes with a side of coleslaw, which was my favorite version of Coleslaw having the perfect amount of tang to it I believe it was very similar to KFC slaw. Now she had the Corned Beef, but her complaint was that the rye bread was not toasted and she didn't request it to be toasted. My guess is that if you want toasted bread, you probably should ask for it that way.
