We were 4 for lunch. Tasteless food , worst experience in Sicily. won’t go back. My table companions gave up after tasting the first bites.

ottimo ristorante per farvi assaggiare i sapori della terra siciliana. cibo davvero ottimo, ampia scelta di prelibatezze. si avrà l'imbarazzo della scelta dei piatti tipici, uno più buono dell'altro. assolutamente consigliato.

Last night a nice family dinner where we again tasted the sicilian cuisine. In a quite alley in Castiglione di Sicilia this nice restaurant can be found. Great taste and nice portioneren too. We would certainly recommend Ristorante Sine Tempora. During the meal you will indeed won’t think about time.

This family owned restaurant and associated hotel always make you feel like family. Cooking is done by family members. Everything is extremely fresh and cooked to perfection. An excellent wine selection, especially the local wines from the area. this is a restaurant that should be on your list of places to go. Nicole

Meat lovers haven..every dish tasted wonderful with full and fresh flavors...home made ravioli and pastas are must...authentic excellent dishes..great attentive services...loved dining experience and went back next day for more. Siamo stati questa sera in questo ristorante trovato su Internet. Ci ha accolti un cameriere molto probabilmente il proprietario con fare frettoloso, maleducato e totalmente autoreferenziale nell’approccio. Badate bene che il locale era pieno a metà. La prima bottiglia di vino era ammalorata ma può capitare. Il cibo alla fine era buono ma il clima che si respirava per il cattivo approccio rendeva la situazione poco gradevole. Non ci tornerò e lo sconsiglio!

Il locale accogliente e piacevole, in un antico palazzo di Castiglione di Sicilia, si affaccia sui vicoletti tipici del centro storico del paese. Il menù è ben articolato, il cibo di buona qualità e ben servito con qualche piccola pecca: dellle melanzane della pasta alla norma c è solo il profumo ed il semifreddo alle mandorle, pur essendo gustoso, è più che altro un semifreddo alla panna guarnito con lamelle di mandorla. Nulla che non possa essere migliorato.

The restaurant was just minutes away from our beautiful hotel (Cento Tari) and we are glad we took the owners advice to have diner at this lovely restaurant. You can sit inside or out on a little terrace by the street and they serve authentic local food. On both nights we opted for their set menu, which at 25 EUR per head for four courses including wine and water is just excellent value for money. The antipasti were stunning and we could sample about 8 different small dishes this way. The pasta (with pistachios) was amazing and we could hardly cope with the meat course. Luckily, dessert then was ‘only’ granita (albeit a superb one)! The service was friendly and we had two wonderful evenings.... Voir le carte
