Smokey Bones - Carte

I've visited this Smokey Bones around six or seven times, and I would describe it as pretty average. They don't really stand out in any way compared to other restaurants.

I decided to give this restaurant a try on a whim while visiting my son at school. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! The host genuinely seems to love his job (and life)...

Likes- coleslaw was excellent. Enjoyed the turkey and sweet tea as well. Good service friendly waiter. Dislike- hostess pushed dining at the bar because I was aloneeven though there were a dozen empty booths. Brisket was just ok but that could be just personal preference cause I like mine no fat. The food was excellent, albeit a bit on the expensive side. The portions were generous. I was eager to try their fried pickles, and they did not disappoint—they were fantastic! I forgot to snap a photo of my hamburger, but it was unique. Even though I’m not a fan of coleslaw, it was included as a topping on the burger, and I actually liked it.

I haven't returned to Chili's because, without exception, every time I've visited, I experienced terrible service. While I am seated quickly, I then end up waiting for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone comes to assist me. The food is great, but the long waits for service really dampen the experience. I used to go there for lunch and dinner regularly when I worked nearby, but due to the consistently poor service, I've started going to other places instead.

Enjoyed. I really enjoyed dining here on my boyfriend's birthday before the movie. Literally drawn to the restaurant by the smell in the neighborhood, we were quite happy to try it out. I'd go back and have the barbeque anytime only I don't live here and they don't have one in Memphis. I liked the various bottles of sauce to try out at the table along with the sandwich and fries. They had it all and very pleasant friendly staff too. Both the waitress and the visiting manager made the meal nice without being overbearing. Voir le carte

A Great Night Out!!!. I frequent this restaurant often and MOST of the time the service is fantastic. The food is always consistently great and delicious! My most memorable experience was a lovely night out with my wife. It was our anniversary and our server Amber was attentive and actually seemed to care how our night went. She never stopped smiling and we never had to think twice about anything. Our drink stayed full, the smokehouse chicken she recommended was perfect and we finally found out about their great bones club program. We still come back often and we always ask for Amber.

While the staff showed some degree of attentiveness during my time at the bar, it was clear they preferred chatting among themselves to actually taking our orders. The food sat in the window under the salamander for so long that the bread on my sandwich became overly soggy from the mayo, which I suppose is a small victory? Just for context, it was only my wife and me at the bar, making it even more difficult to understand the bartender’s absence. We ordered four items but only received two. I've visited this restaurant three times this week and tried a different entrée each time. Every visit has been absolutely fantastic! The food quality is outstanding, the service is top-notch, and the entire atmosphere is warm and inviting. I particularly love the pretzel bones served with delicious warm cheese, the freshly fried pickles, and the cornbread with honey pecan butter! I highly recommend the Texas Style Beef Brisket platter, the Brisket-Stuffed Grilled Cheese, or my personal favorite—the Smokehouse Mac and Cheese with Brisket!
