I wanted to try a new place today and I'm really disappointed. The pizza is not good. Period. The crust had a small taste and it was overly loaded with cheese to the extent that it was only casual and rough. Definitely not order from Sophias again

I ordered from this pizzeria for the first time and I will definitely not be doing that again. My delivery was extremely late and I had to call multiple times before someone finally arrived at my door. It was a frustrating experience for both me and my family.

The delivery was incredibly fast, accurate, and efficient. The Fried Dough was excellent, but unfortunately, the pizza fell short—it just wasn't good at all. I ordered this pizza NOT knowing there was bleu cheese on it, I am allergic. So I called and just asked for a refund or if they could make me one without bleu cheese. The woman answering the phones was extremely rude and disrespectful. She said ?how am I supposed to refund something when that?s how it is?. Never ordering here again. First and last time

I ordered a LARGE Pizza extra cheese to be delivered. When i opened the pizza, the cheese was off the pizza. I called and complained, and they did nothing. They said the driver probably rushed to my house. Might as well just ignore this place. There service is terrible. As another note This review was based on my first experience. My second experience, I did a pick up. Not only was there place of business very unsanitary, but customer service is just not there! They still managed to screw up a simple large cheese pizza but putting sausage on it? Wow so bad!

Instead of processing my refund, she decided to make another pizza and went over to my neighbor's house herself. I'm not sure how that helps me get a refund, but here's the problem: I live on the 2nd floor, and the delivery driver claimed to have delivered it to the 1st floor to a man with long hair. That should be all the evidence you need! To make matters worse, I later found out that the delivery driver actually pushed the door down, and when he opened it, it was this man with long hair who was confused. The delivery driver assumed that since he was there, it must be his pizza, so he just handed it to him without confirming anything. Why is that my fault? You had my number; why didn’t yo...
