"My husband and I stopped in for lunch after Mid-day Bible study, it was about an hour from their closing time and the food was still served fresh and properly cooked. "The definition of best place for me is a place where they value the customers as well as the food and that is what I exactly felt when I went in here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They have a wonderful and different selection of sandwiches. It is my first time being in here and I was glad that the staff has a lot of recommendations. She is very confident and when I tasted the corned beef on rye sandwich that I ordered, she has the right to be confident because it was seriously goo. It has nothing special to it, it was just basically a simple sandwich with a huge portion and generous amount of corned beef. This place overall is great and must try!"

"We just got back home from a ridiculously horrid experience thanks to an unprofessional manager on duty named Cara. We picked up an expensive order from a nearby restaurant which included a free sundae for Teacher Appreciation Week, and decided to stop at this Panera to pickup a complimentary drink as part of the drink promo. We literally waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes thanks to the poorly designed drive through which prevents cars from driving out of the drive in the event that a customer changes their mind or there is an emergency. What angered us is that the car in front of us held up the line for 20 of that 45 minutes but that customer should have been instructed to pull up to a holding space until their order was brought to them. When we finally reached the pickup window, we asked for a manager and that was Cara who needs to be fired for incompetency! She lied and said she did not have staff to take orders to cars, yet we witnessed a worker who did just that for another customer who pulled to a wait space. We showed her the melted sundae and advised that our food was cold but she did not care, only saying there is nothing I can do She kept asking what I wanted and when I advised her to compensate me for my food order from the other restaurant, she said, again, she is not responsible for orders from someplace else. Why ask me? Furthermore, we tried calling twice to ask that they instruct the other customer in front of us to pull up but they never answered the phone. I was so mad, I left without the drink and thinking I will never return! Awful manager! Awful decision on Panera's part to hire Cara who is incapable of making common sense decisions."

"Honestly, this place deserves 4.5 stars. I ordered the cheese ravioli and somehow received two orders. They were practically swimming in meat sauce, and the ravioli were enormous—about 3 to 3.5 inches square. The flavors of the sauce, ravioli, and the Italian sausage I added were so delicious that I was salivating before every bite. It's been a long time since food made me feel that way; it was just incredible. The only thing missing was some garlic bread or a couple of breadsticks. Other than that, I now have at least three meals ready to heat up. Outstanding! I will definitely order again."

"I've been going here since I was a child. Every since they got new owners it is not the same. we ordered our drinks, and appetizers, our waitress didn't write down any of the food we requested and multiple things were wrong or not what we ordered. the ribs used to come on a tray that was hot to keep them warm. but not anymore, the ribs are no where near as good as they were before, when we were informed our meals came with salads when we got our salads none of them had dressing that we asked for. our waitress almost never refilled our drinks. The only thing that was good was the French onion soup. our waitress informed us that they were running short staffed, which is why it took her longer to do things. when we were eating there was only one other table of people in the whole restaurant. the look and the feel of the restaurant used to be very classy, not it looks like a garage where you get your oil changed but they just put a bunch of tables in a room. it's very sad that a amazing restaurant has been reduced to this, it used to be one of the restaurants that I looked forward going to with my family when I was younger, sadly not anymore. I wish it hadn't had changed. If I could give it less than one star I would."
