I had a fantastic experience at Spark Pizza! The service was excellent, and the place was bustling, which is always a good sign that you’ve chosen a great spot. I recommend starting with the margarita pizza; you can’t go wrong with any of their pizzas, though—they’re all delicious. We enjoyed some beers, ciders, and cocktails, and everything was quite tasty. To top off our meal, we tried the panna cotta and tiramisu, both of which were wonderful takes on the classics. I highly recommend Spark Pizza!

I’ve found my new favorite pizza place in Washington! Spark’s pizzas are the best I’ve ever had in the state. The atmosphere is just as impressive as the food. Be prepared for it to get busy, though, so you might have to wait for a table. Fortunately, since it’s located in downtown Redmond, there are plenty of shops and sights to explore while you wait. I definitely need to go back and try one of their pizzas with honey, which I've heard is exceptional. I got so caught up in the delicious-looking menu that I completely forgot to order it! What really enhanced our visit was the exceptional service from Austin. He not only guided us through the menu but also patiently explained the ingredients and the pizza-making process. His recommendations were perfect. Another aspect that left a lasting impression was the staff's attitude. Even though we arrived close to closing time, the team at Spark Pizza remained incredibly welcoming and attentive. Their patience and friendliness demonstrated their dedication to customer satisfaction. Overall, our visit to Spark Pizza was simply fantastic. The delicious food, Austin's outstanding help, and the remarkable staff all contributed to an unforgettable evening.

The pizzas at this restaurant are a bit on the expensive side, but they're absolutely delicious. It tends to get quite busy during happy hour, so if you're already hungry, it might not be the best time to go. However, the happy hour pizzas are a fantastic deal at around $11, and I highly recommend taking advantage of that. Their regular prices are similar to those at Zeeks. The thin-crust pizzas have slightly charred edges and tasty pepperoni cups. I’m not certain if they offer indoor seating, but if it’s chilly outside, the outdoor seating may not be the most comfortable choice, even with the overhead heaters. Overall, I would definitely return for happy hour!

We sampled the In Prosciutto Happiness, A Lotta Burrata, and the Kale Caesar with Boquerones (a salty fish similar to anchovies). The portions were generous enough to satisfy three people. The In Prosciutto Happiness, topped with a wonderful fried egg, was particularly enjoyable. The salad was packed with flavor and paired beautifully with the pizzas. They also have a commendable selection of cocktails, wine, and beer. For dessert, we treated ourselves to a scrumptious bread pudding with caramel—rich, perfectly baked, and just sweet enough.
