The service was ok. Food could be better but that's my opinion. Area and atmosphere is decent.

Today is the last day before new ownership takes over. I hope there won't be a long wait for service.

The Ultimate BLT was exactly what I needed that day! It was done to perfection! Add a side of sweet potato fries with my Cap't and coke, and my meal was complete. Will be back!

Trevor is an outstanding asset to your staff. We have had the pleasure of having him wait on us several times and are never disappointed. The food is always phenomenal, wait time is minimal, and the restaurant itself is always clean and inviting. Keep up the great work!!

Stick to the burgers and you can't go wrong. The fish in the fish and chips was mushy and the cole slaw was soupy. We found the background music to be loud before the rest of our party arrived. The staff was helpful and friendly. I must say that the padded bench seat had padding in the wrong place for my 6' 3 frame. Nice atmosphere.....nice menu choices and I would have given them a 5. But then we ordered food...and first, it was a long wait. Then....Out of a group of 12....everyone's food came except mine and my daughter's...and we did not order the same thing. Also others in the group who had ordered the same items, received it.....but not us. When our food finally came, there were only 3 pancakes on my daughter's plate.....no fruits...they had run out of strawberries....no bacon....or sausage....no butter....no syrup nothing. After a lot of effort when the waiter was flagged down...she asked if we needed MORE butter and syrup....go figure. They charged us the full amount even though half of the items...

Went to Stein Brewing Company in Newark OH for dinner on a Sunday, around 5:30pm. There was plenty of seating both inside and in the dining area on the sidewalk. Many varieties of beer to choose from, some of their own making, and other brewers. You can then pour your own, either as a beer flight or just pick what you want. You are charged by the ounce which it tracks on a 'charge card '. That way if you want to try something you don 't have to commit to 12 or 16 oz of something you might not like. Or if you just want another half pour to finish off your meal you can do that. It 's a terrific concept. Also the food was quite good. Mostly pub sort of things, but many styles of burger, salads,...
