The subway is open to 9 pm monday, thur Friday. 10pm sat and Sunday. I placed an order on the app and went to pick it up, and a subway employee told me the correct times as they walked out the door.

I don't know why I bother trying to support this specific Subway location. Every time I visit, they are out of something, without fail. They seriously need to improve their operations. It's frustrating.

Staff is rude! They play to much.. not to mention they are loud... Instead of talking in a normal voice they seem to get louder by the minute especially when they are talking to the other people working the deli part of the convenient store! I went in for the buy one sub and get one free sub. And guess what i didn't get my free sub. But oh well won't be going back there! Voir le carte

Once an employee was fired or quit, the service has been terrible. Don’t know the name of the employee who’s not there anymore, but she made sure customers were satisfied with the purchase one made. Now she’s not there, the sandwich “Artists”, gave up on the art. The food is horrible now. Even the deli section. I’ve spent too much money on a gas station I ,once, considered an amazing place. Will never purchase anything at this location again.

Overall, Subway is consistently delicious with their customizable sandwiches. This particular location is within a Gas Station. I've noticed that Subway restaurants within Gas Stations tend to appear less clean compared to standalone stores. Despite this, the food was fresh, although the lettuce looked slightly wilted. The server was attentive and picked around the wilted parts without me having to say anything. The sandwich tasted just like any other Subway sandwich I've had before.

I always order the same sandwich every time I visit Subway. However, tonight I decided to try the Bay Springs store and it was a complete disappointment. They forgot to include bread and bell peppers in my Philly cheesesteak! After taking one bite, I had to spit it out and ended up throwing the whole foot-long sandwich in the trash. This location does not meet Subway's standards and guidelines, and I believe Subway should reconsider allowing them to carry their brand. The service was for takeout and the meal was for dinner, with a price range of $1-10 per person. Voir le carte
