"I am a semi regular customer at Kaukauna Coffee and Tea. It is a nice place to meet friends, colleagues, or to sit and relax alone while I enjoy whatever I have gotten that day. Lately, I have not been able to resist stopping and getting a quiche. Last time it was served on a wire basket instead of a plate and it got a bit hard to fork out when the tissue paper got soggy. It didn’t matter with a book and a latte I was in my happy place. I like the cozy vibe with vintage tables. They used to have a free little library closet, but that is gone now. I started coming here because they would host NDLC’s art auction. That was many moons and more chai lattes and hot chocolates than I can count, and I am still coming in whenever I am in this neck of the woods."

"Very frustrated with my order!! Ordered half pineapple and half cheese pizza along with breadsticks. Only for my order to be delivered with pineapple, chicken and banana peppers on my pizza, then garlic sauce busted open and all over the box!! lets hope the second time they can get it right. "I have been a patron for more years than I can count. Schullers Shack was across the street, and Oakwood Hills Golf Course was behind the restaurant 2 weeks ago, our group of 4 sat down for what was expected to be the usual excellent dining experience. Didn 't happen for the third time in a row. Food was bland, over cooked and dry. Service was so so. Wait staff seemed kinda lost. Tonight ordered a to go Prime Rib French dip sandwich. Incredibly disgusting. The bun and coleslaw SOUP was the 1st layer on the bottom. The Cole slaw soup managed to render the bun a gob of slop. This was covered with a sheet of heat retaing foil. Next layer was the meat. About as dry, tough and tasteless as can be. This too was covered with a sheet of foil. Last but not least were the fries. Now you must remove the fries to get at the dry, tough and tasteless meat. Remove another layer of foil to reveal your coleslaw soup soaked bun. The only thing worth eating were the fries, and at the price, not worth it. I hate to say it, but I will never step foot in the Lox Club again. Dam shame. Almost forgot. While waiting for my order, the bar tender finally got around to asking if I would like something to drink while waiting. I asked for a Miller High Life. I was served a Miller Genuine Draft. When I mentioned the mistake, all I got was SORRY as she walked away."

"I remember the first time my husband and I came to Chico’s not being a good experience. But my husband must’ve forgotten and he wanted to go so I thought I’d give it another try. I wanted the nachos and asked if I could sub avocado for the meat. The waitress said no and it’d be a charge and I said no that’s ok, let’s just doing it anyways and pay the extra. Well my food comes out with a heaping pile of meat under all of the other toppings… and no avocado… so I asked why there was meat and she said I had said never mind when ordering. Why would you give me meat if I’m asking to take it off and sub something? So then I asked if they could redo it and she made me feel like it was a huge deal and like we’d be charged extra so I finally just asked for a box to put all the meat in. I also had to go back up to her to ask for a spoon to take it off with. I spent the entire time picking meat off my nachos, then just put them in a to go box and didn’t eat anything. The waitress also did literally nothing to try and make it better and never come to check on us until after we were done eating. My husband’s fries were also under cooked and his tenders were over cooked. We will not be coming back.Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options but make you remove all of the meat yourself instead of remaking your food if the server doesn’t ask to remove it on the ticket."

"First off, terrible ambiance. Second, employees' faces spoke volumes about how unhappy they are to see you and how unfortunate they are about their predicament, namely, that they are working for a pittance. None of this is my fault though and I expect to be treated with some semblance of positivity. Stop being so sullen. By the way, your sandwiches are terrible too. Too many leafy greens and not enough of everything else. I understand wanting to save money, but this is insulting. I will never return as long as the I exist on this planet."
