"Man what a disappointment. I 've been coming here over 20 years and have always been satisfied but I have to say this place has fallen apart and I will never be back. They gave me 9 wings see pic for what they call a wing. They were out of celery whichis included wing price on menu. When I asked about it they laughed like why shouldnt you be charged for it. So 9 miniature wingsfor $15.50 that were undercooked with no celery on side. Skin came off all at once when you bite it, no crispness. This was myfavorite wing spot for many many years but must be under new management or something because they fell apart. So sad. Imentioned this to the bartender and all he could do was say sorry. Sorry I have to take my business elsewhere."

"On a recent Saturday, our family of 6 (all adults visited for dinner. While we always love the atmosphere of the deck, we dined inside this evening (our matriarch doesn 't enjoy outdoor dining. The rooms are all interesting and unique and have a cozy type atmosphere with exposed brick and wide plank hardwood floors. Our server was prompt, professional, personable, and efficient. I had boneless chicken wings and fries, and they were as expected. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his fish and chips, as did my daughter enjoy her chicken salad, and one son enjoyed a pannini. The other two entrees were a bit lacking beef tips and loaded baked potato. The beef tip entree was a bit bland and beef dry, and the baked potato was very disappointing. It was watery in the bowl as though the steamed (microwaved? veggies were not drained but poured over a dry potato that had been cut down the center. Some vegetables were mushy, while others were hard. For the $17^ price tag, it was most certainly not up to par. Please visit for the beer, the atmosphere, and the service but anticipate that the pub food will be good, the entrees might be inconsistent"

"I discovered this shop three years ago while exploring the walking trails and lakes in the area during the summer months. The place gets quite busy in the summer! They offer really great ice cream and have a concise menu. It’s a seasonal spot that makes for a fantastic getaway. Located near Mount Gretna Lake, the area is dotted with seasonal homes, parks, hiking trails, lakes, golf, and more. Being in the mountains definitely offers a refreshing break from city life, making it a lovely short getaway for the weekend. The portion sizes are generous, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried, especially the Jamaican Ruck Chicken Wrap and the Chicken BLT Wrap. All the food was delicious!"

"We have been coming here for 10+ years. Tap, Rachel, Becky and the staff are always friendly and welcoming! From the delicious burgers to the filet mignon you will never be disappointed. Timber?s only selects the best ingredients and the preparation is always consistently delicious! The live piano music most weekends only adds to the ambiance of the rustic cottage feel of the restaurant. Timber?s is tucked away in beautiful Mount Gretna and is certainly worth the drive to experience a truly unique dining experience!"

"The five stars are in the context of a roadside bar, but are nonetheless well earned. We have only visited once, but it confirmed what others have said. First it is a Cheers bar people are really friendly and as far as we could tell, politics gets checked at the door. Service can be deliberate when it 's jammed, which it can be, but you 'll get what you need almost when you need it. Food choices are surprisingly varied and well prepared. A decent selection of drafts and a better range of bottles provide good beer choices as well. We 're not Karaoke fans, but Mary 's is kinda worth it sort of the first round of American Idol with some, umm, earnest acts reminding you that the really good performers and there were several shouldn 't be taken for granted. If you 're staying in the Comfortable dump across the street, it 's a great place to go and get away from your cell. We 'll be back even when we have to drive farther."
