"The food arrived quickly, and my server was very considerate and attentive to my needs. The drinks were excellent—highly recommended, 10/10! The sauce was incredibly flavorful and unique. However, I arrived during the hours of their weekly lunch specials, and when I inquired about them, my server explained that her manager had decided not to offer those menus that day. She kindly offered to ask the manager to reconsider but returned with the disappointing news that the response was "no" due to a lack of customers that day. I found that quite troubling and unprofessional, and it’s not surprising that this kind of attitude might contribute to the lower business volume at this location. It seems to me that many restaurants today have management that should be in server roles instead of treating servers as "the help." Other than that, everything was top-notch! I will definitely return, hoping for a better experience with management next time."

We had some oysters that were extremely bad. The smell of them alone was nauseating. I couldn't believe they would even bring them to the table! However, our server did a great job!

The Juicy Crab is a simple seafood restaurant that offers exceptional food. Our server, Shaye, was attentive and quick to respond to our needs. The prices are fair, especially given the generous portion sizes. Overall, it would be difficult to find a better seafood restaurant.

The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious, and our waitress Shya was incredibly friendly. The $5 drinks were fantastic! We visited for Mother's Day, and our mom was very happy with the experience. There was a bit of a wait for our seafood, but it was well worth it. I highly recommend this place!

I ordered my food online, and when I arrived to pick it up, I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone greeted me or checked on my order. During that time, I saw an employee on her phone who didn’t bother to look my way, and several others passed by without saying a word. Overall, the food was excellent, but the lengthy wait without any acknowledgment is why I am giving this review just one star.

I visited this restaurant with my mom for lunch while we were out shopping, and we had a fantastic experience. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, and our waitress, Shyei, was wonderful! Make sure to ask for her when you go! I ordered the juicy special, which is my favorite, along with two pounds of shrimp, while my mom had the catfish basket. I have to say, the catfish was large and fluffy! I would rate it 10/10!
