This is without a doubt the best BBQ I've ever had! It’s hands down the finest BBQ in Concord, and the staff is amazing too. Thank you, Smoke Pit, for serving up such incredible barbecue!

In my opinion, BEST Q is the top barbecue spot near Charlotte. It closely resembles Midwestern style. The smoke flavor is rich and deep. I took my family here, and they absolutely loved it. My favorites are the brisket, beans, potato salad, and the watermelon sweet tea!

Extremely busy as usual, but the staff did not get my order right. I ordered 3 meals and was only given two. There could be more directional signs for ordering to go rather than waiting in the longer dine-in line on the side. If you are ordering to-go, you can go to the register on the right-hand side. If you love barbeque, you MUST visit this restaurant. The brisket and ribs are chef's kiss juicy AND tender ! The customer service is 5 star. It was our first time there and Jeff was super helpful offering suggestions on what to try. Jason, our server, was superb! He was super nice and even let us sample a few other sides since it was our first time. We'll definitely be back !!

I would give this restaurant 3.5 stars—somewhere between just okay and very good, and I will definitely give it another chance. I ordered the ribs and brisket, both of which had great flavors, but they were a bit too fatty for my taste. For my sides, I opted for baked beans, which were flavorful with a hint of spice, and mac and cheese, which had more pasta than cheese and tasted somewhat eggy. The service was excellent; my server promptly switched my side to coleslaw, which was just okay. I chose the cornbread, but unfortunately, it was dry and lacked flavor. Perhaps my expectations were a bit high due to the numerous positive reviews, but I'd like to give it another try.
