Two breakfast sandwiches...rave reviews! Coffee, okay, but get away from soy milk and move over to almond milk, please! Staff was wonderful and the store was fairly clean, which is sometimes an issue. I recommend Timmy's and if you just have a hankering for a donut, grab a few Timbits for the road.

The Tuscan Chicken Panini was incredibly delicious, but unfortunately, it's no longer available. I opted for a basic chicken panini instead. However, the "chicken" consisted of unbreaded strips of the kind of meat used in chicken nuggets, which was quite disappointing. I won’t be making that choice again.

Love the blackberry mint tea! I would like to send a hug to the young person who took my order this afternoon. I certainly hope your day became less stressful and you were able to put some joy in your tone of voice and did not continue to let the annoyance come through. Two stars for speed in the morning -3 because they are out of everything all the time. Whomever orders for this location does not do it properly at least twice a week I 'm told we 're out of it until we get a truck . It 's really no surprise why this TimHortons drive thru is never busy but Dunkin is wrapped around the building.

I have to ask them to fix my bill every time I arrive at the window, then hope I get the right food. Often they are rude, i was told once that it would be my last time getting a plain biscuit that those are only for sandwiches. Go to the one acrossfrom Tops on main street, I 've never had a problem there, and it 's 5 minutes away.

Absolute garbage! I come here quite often and get the same thing. This morning, as I was very hungry, the Z team was working and took forever. When my wrap came and I started to eat it I found it had some weird, very spicy sauce on it. That wrap endupgoing to the seagals. What type of idiot decides, after 5 years, to all of the sudden start adding some weird sauce to a wrapthat had never had it before? Voir le carte

Completely disappointing! I visit this location often and always get the same order. This morning, I was really hungry, but it took the staff ages to get my order ready. When my wrap finally came, I found it had an odd, very spicy sauce on it. I ended up tossing it to the seagulls. Who in their right mind would put an unusual sauce on a wrap that has never had it in the five years I've been coming here?

We went to Tim Hortons on Booth Street in Canandaigua, NY at 1:30 pm on July 11, 2021. The girl who took our order was very RUDE SARCASTIC! When we ordered 2 Apple Fritters, she very SARCASTICALLY said they were out. When we asked what she had left she got very NASTY! So rather than putting with that kind of treatment we drove off. I would suggest if you want GOOD SERVICE AND COURTEOUS EMPLOYEES GO ACROSS THE STREET TO DUNKIN DONUTS!!!

I would give this restaurant only two stars for its morning speed, but I must deduct three stars because they are frequently out of nearly everything. I've been told that whoever is responsible for ordering supplies at this location doesn't do it properly, and at least twice a week, I hear that they're out of items until the next delivery arrives. It's no wonder this Tim Hortons drive-thru is never busy, while Dunkin' has customers lined up around the building. Voir le carte
