An outstanding five-star dining experience in every way. The atmosphere is excellent, the service is top-notch, the drinks are wonderful, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend trying the mussels!

Tinderbox is amazing! Rachel was our server and she provided incredible service and was so sweet. The food was great and the atmosphere was beautiful. We will definitely come back next time we visit flagstaff.

The complete and utter Lack of a Michelin star is a slap in the face to every chef in this kitchen. Service is heavenly blissful and serene the food is even more so. who cares what you are doing or whats on the menu if you can get a table do it and do it frequently. Voir le carte

Charming little place located in the vibrant heart of Flagstaff. Parking can be a bit tricky on weekends. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The menu offers a great variety of shareable appetizers, an extensive wine selection, and creatively delicious main courses. The mussels in wine butter sauce served with focaccia were the best I've ever tasted.

It was our anniversary, and the entire staff treated us like royalty; they greeted us, offered recommendations, and congratulated us on our celebration. We tried the lobster bruschetta, pork belly, filet, and trout, and I would rate everything a perfect 12 out of 10. It was truly one of the best meals and dining experiences I've ever had. We opted for the five-course tasting menu with wine pairing. The first course featured shrimp with an agave twist, followed by crispy braised pork belly for the second course. The third course was steelhead trout, which I initially thought was salmon—truly astonishing! The fourth course was a perfectly cooked filet mignon. To finish, we enjoyed a sticky crumble cake. I have to mention that the portion sizes for the tasting menu were larger than we anticipated, but that’s definitely not a complaint. The wine pairings were also generous and perfectly timed with each dish. Our server, Ben, was exceptional. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

My husband and I went here for his birthday, the little note from staff was thoughtful. We ordered the tasting menu which was 5 courses. I have a gluten allergy and the chefs did the full tasting menu with adjustments for my allergy. I really appreciated that immensely because it can be tough to find GF food in Flagstaff. Anyone who says the food here is mediocre is full of it. The quality of the ingredients and the obvious care they take in the development of flavor combos/profiles makes it in no way mediocre. Everything about this restaurant was a 10 out of 10! We have dined all over the world in many fine restaurants. This is a gem! All of the staff were marvelous from the moment we walked in th door until we left. Our server was so sweet and friendly and knowledgeable. I have celiac and must eat gluten free. She was helpful with the menu and pointed out what I couldn't eat but there were still many items that I could eat. We were celebrating my husband's bday and she acknowledged that right away.
