The service was decent, and the food was just average. Although some of the dish names were amusing, I believe they’re missing a fantastic opportunity to create truly unique dishes that reflect their theme.

The restaurant is closing down, and after just one visit, I can see why. We were a party of three and waited over 30 minutes to place our order, then waited just as long for our food to arrive. While the food was good, I don't feel inclined to return.

They offer daily specials, and today I tried the Trash Panda Fries, which you can make spicier if you like. They were incredibly delicious and served in huge portions. The staff is fantastic and really fun to be around. Bill, the Master Chef, and Spider were attentive and made my experience enjoyable, while Dea made the Toy Box truly memorable. The best part is that I work just half a mile away!

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the beer selection was excellent. I enjoyed a fresh salad and an amazing burger (the salad is half-eaten in the photo). I ordered a sharp cheeseburger along with a side salad. I expected the usual iceberg lettuce and tomato slices, but instead, I received a delightful mix of greens including spinach, romaine, and baby kale. I was a very happy customer and I trust that all the salads here are just as crisp! Voir le carte

I had never tried a hot Italian beef sandwich in Chicago, despite always wanting to. Today, I finally sampled the Northside Hero sandwich, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. If you enjoy spicy food, the Chicago-style giardiniera on the sandwich really adds an amazing kick. In addition to the delicious food, the staff were incredibly friendly. Thank you for a wonderful first experience! I will definitely be back!

I had to revisit my previous review for this outstanding eatery. I heard that they were closing up shop and I am heartbroken. An ideal literary quote for this restaurant and the team that made them great is “So Long and Thanks for all the Fish”. Blessings on you all and thank you! — Previous review — Wow! Cute place. Very popular at 7pm on a Saturday night. Although they were noticably understaffed, and there was a 30 minute wait; the staff were friendly, playful, yet still professional. Once seated, drinks were ordered. Several bar items were sold out or not available. Ordered their pickle chips and Lucky Cat Egg Rolls. They came out to the table in a reasonable amount of time. The pickle chips were fresh out of the fryer, but the egg rolls had been sitting for a while. Weren't impressed with either. The chili cheese dog entre was H U G E!
