"The restaurant was incredibly loud and felt overcrowded. Since it was a rainy evening, the garden was closed and all guests were indoors, creating a cramped atmosphere. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate our reservation for an outdoor table by giving us a spot inside. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the food didn’t meet my expectations. I ordered the rabbit jambalaya while the others in my group had burgers. By the end of the night, I found myself overwhelmed by the noise—people were quite loud, and the background music only added to the chaos. The high ceiling contributed to the sound echoing around the space."

"This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem for anyone in search of pho in the area. From the outside, it looks more like a corner convenience store than a dining establishment, but once you step inside, it has the familiar feel of a traditional DMV pho restaurant. Every time I visit, I notice other patrons enjoying their meals, which reassures me that the food is of high quality. I usually order their Beef Noodle Soup #4, which features a combination of eye round steak and brisket. The large portion is perfect for satisfying even the biggest appetite, while the small size is still quite generous. The broth is consistently rich in flavor. The ordering process is seamless, whether over the phone or in person. I also appreciate the excellent customer service and the quick turnaround of orders. This is a solid pho restaurant that you definitely should try."

"My husband and I went to Looney's Pub a week ago today, March 16, 2020 to attend University of Maryland's Head Basketball Coach's show with The Maryland's Sports Voice Johnny Holliday. We were very impressed and pleased with the Venue. Our server was very attentive even though she had many full tables. The drinks were great. Our Hamburgers were just ok. Obviously, they were not freshly made. They were from frozen premade meat. We compare this Sports Bar to our favorite place, Crystal City Sports Pub in Arlington, Virginia. Looney's Pubs could improve their food in our opinion."

"This is a fantastic spot to hang out with friends! The drink prices are very reasonable, and the food is both delicious and beautifully presented. You won 't be making a mistake coming here but if you 're willing to pay more you can find better food elsewhereMore details: This place has a great feel as a gathering spot for locals. The prices are quite affordable especially with everything else being more expensive post-pandemic. The food is at best good but forgettable. Entree portions are a bit small compared to most restaurants (expected with tapas in the name). Service seemed stiff and made easily fixable mistakes (meals coming out staggered so people have to wait). My first impression walking in, was cool little restaurant after leaving not bad but why come back?"
