"This is the worst wendys I've ever been to. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building the line inside is long. I don't know who owns this location but they need to go in and do an evaluation. This place needs to be CLOSED and started with a hold new well trained crew. The managers are rude and nasty not the morning crew just the evening crew. Please do something about this place. Service: Takeaway"

I went through the drive through and got to the window and they was having a discussion among employees. I waited about 10 minutes and they didn’t apologize for not responding and they could have told me they had a problem. Very unprofessional! The food was fine but the service was horrible, when we were ordering at the drive through we had to repeat our order multiple times, the line was slow because the person taking the payment was having a full conversation with a person infront of us, they got our drinks wrong giving us sprite even though when we ordered coke and fruit punch Service: Takeaway

"We absolutely loved our first visit today, and it definitely won't be our last! The atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic, the staff was welcoming, and the barbecue was incredibly delicious. My husband and I shared the pulled pork, brisket, beans, mac and cheese, and grits, and every dish was moist and packed with flavor. We particularly enjoyed the sweet barbecue sauce. The unique fountain drinks were a fun touch, and I'm currently sipping on the pineapple cream flavor—it’s delightful! This place is a wonderful addition to Cool Springs!"

"A girlfriend and I went on a Thursday. We weren't able to get reservations prior so chanced going as a walk in, in hopes to get a seat at the bar. Bar was empty and we were sat promptly upon our arrival. The bartender greeted us and served us water whilewe reviewed the drink menu. We both ordered a FRISKY BUSINESS cocktail which is Raspberry Infused Picker?s Vodka, Pineapple,Mint, Lemon,and Champagne. Delicious!! We were then brought out some warm house bread with butter and placed our orders. I wentwith the MISOYAKI VERLASSO SALMON with stir-fried rice noodles, mushrooms, radish, carrot, sesame-ginger sauce and an order oftheir MAC N CHEESE with apple bacon chiles for us to share. My friend ordered the FILET with house potatoes and a side ofCREAMED SPINACH SPINACH topped with a fried egg. Everything was hot, fresh, and so good. I will definitely be back!!"

"Le restaurant était bien situé pour nous et le menu avait l'air bien. Quand nous sommes arrivés, ils n'avaient aucun moyen de vérifier une réservation et n'avaient pas de table prête pour nous. Il a fallu environ 15 minutes à quiconque pour accueillir notre table, nous avons donc pu déjà décider de notre dîner la première fois qu'un serveur nous a parlé. Il a ensuite fallu encore 25 à 30 minutes pour que notre dîner arrive. Nous avons eu une salade César, des curseurs et un macaroni au homard et je ne commanderais plus rien. La bière était bonne et cela semblait être un endroit amusant. Il y avait de la musique live qui était vraiment bonne, mais tout l'endroit était tellement bruyant qu'il était impossible d'avoir une conversation."

"This Mexican restaurant is fantastic overall. Although the waiting area is small, they text you when your table is ready while you wait in your car, which is a nice touch. For me, the quality of the sauce is crucial, and they did not disappoint. Unlike other Mexican restaurants we've tried in Tennessee, which often serve subpar sauce, this place gets it right. I ordered beef and cheese enchiladas, and both were delicious, accompanied by excellent rice. I also tried the mango iced tea, and it was the best fruit iced tea I've ever had. My wife enjoyed beef and chicken taquitos, which she found delightful. We traveled all the way from Gallatin, and we will definitely be returning."
