The negative reviews don't make sense. I had been inside a total of maybe 20 minutes. That was ordering and waiting for the food. The workers were super friendly and the food was great!

very rude customer service do not recommend ! Spoke to a young lady name genesis on the phone to place an order the young lady was very impatient.. when I proceed to ask if she can read me back my order and how much my total was she was quick to hang up the phone ! Voir le carte

When I came in, they let me know that the waiting time for the wings will take an hour! an hour and the place was empty! So I let myself sit in my car and saw my next step and could not believe an hour for wings, so I called them up while I sat on my cat, which put me in front of the restaurant they picked up, while they were not on the phone I think they just didn't want to order this day.

Wingstop in Mesa, AZ longmore and southern has very bad customer service even the general manager Jeff he was very rude today and no help at all when I tried explaining my experience with his employee Jose. He had no idea who Jose was and said they do not have a Jose when my receipt clearly says Jose. Jeff had no time to listen and disconnected the call on me, when they gave me the wrong order and I had to go through for refund for a mistake they made. how sad? I will never waste my money with this company again!!! worst wings and super bad management team :

Tried out this wingstop with a take out order scheduled ahead of time. Ordered the boneless wings special online and WOW. First off—20 juicy, good white meat boneless wings, a giant serving of perfectly crispy seasoned fries, and 2 filled to the brim ranch containers for less than $18??—Incredible deal. But that’s not all. We got our wings with the hickory bbq, Cajun bbq, lemon garlic, and classic flavors and everything was simply incredible. Not to mention the staff was all very friendly. With flavors out of this world on a bountiful serving perfect juicy white chicken wings for a great price, it puts the competition to absolute shame. Voir le carte
