Friendly service, casual western ambiance, and great food. I had the filet with blue cheese crumbles, medium rare and it was cooked perfectly! Highly recommend eating here!

The food was very good. Service was fast steak was cooked to order, was hot and maintained temperature while eating due to the F plate it was served on. Ribs were excellent and the cedar plank salmon was the best I’ve ever had.

The food was OK. Would have been better if it arrived hot. Food and drink service was slow and the server seemed inexperienced as is true of every restaurant in town. My husband wouldn't go back. I am willing to try it again down the road Voir le carte

We ate here tonight after getting frustrated with the “go-to” steakhouse in town. Chophouse was better in almost every possible way—my steak was like butter, the service was excellent, the restaurant was much cleaner, etc. etc. We loved it

Food was ok.... drink service was not good. Asked for a martini times, got it minutes after we sat down. The building is very nice, newly remodeled, but floors are dirty, particularly around edges in ladies room and the paper holders are floppy on the wall, barely holding the roll. Needs to be maintained better in my opinon.

Food was great as always .. my credit card was charged dollars more than the meal n tip . I called and spoke with a manager, she talked in circles, said that this happens n it autocorrects by the next day .. the reality was I was overcharged and no one took accountability.. mistakes happen... this has never happened at Firerock or JS Pub .. We went on Christmas Eve. I expected the place to be packed and I was prepared to be patient. We were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was busy but not packed. Our server was amazing. She was extremely attentive and hospitable. She recommended the house special-Cote De Boeuf. It was absolutely delicious! I would most definitely recommend the Rib and Chophouse!

The fried green tomatoes with lump crab meat was mysteriously missing the crab meat. My husband asked for blue cheese crumbles on his handcut ribeye. What came to the table was a steak that was so overloaded with blue cheese it appeared to be coated in an inch and a half layer of burnt blue cheese. I ordered my sirloin rare and it was cooked perfectly, however was lacking in any seasoning. I hardly ever add salt to food but was surprised to have to do it in a steak house. The Laramie restaurant is levels better above this one.

We were seated right away and it took the server about minutes to greet us and take our drink order. Once we had ordered dinner and was served our salads we asked for bread. The server said bread was not automatically served but was available for guests that requested it and said she would bring it right away. We never received our bread—even though we asked more times. We both ordered a steak, medium rare: small filet and the Manhattan NY Strip. The strip steak was well cooked, but it wasn’t a strip. It was closer to being a filet with absolutely no marbling.
