The best Halal restaurant in Selden! Abdul is incredibly passionate about delivering excellent food and ensuring his customers' happiness. This is a charming, single-location establishment, not a chain or franchise like many others. Don't be surprised if he offers you some samples to get your feedback on new recipes!

I visit this restaurant once or twice a week because the food is simply incredible! I could easily spend a fortune here if I wanted to, haha. The desserts are fantastic, and the flan is my absolute favorite—I was thrilled to see it on the menu! This place deserves to be appreciated. The staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is fantastic!

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, and the staff, especially one gentleman, was very kind. They truly go above and beyond for their customers, even offering me a complimentary soda. It's definitely worth a visit. The food was excellent with generous portions, and the best part is that it's halal! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5 stars!

I've eaten from this place so many times and loved it! However, I went in yesterday and decided to watch them prepare the food instead of waiting in my car. My boyfriend and I noticed that the chef was using a spackle knife to move the food around on the stovetop. When we pointed it out, he didn't really seem to acknowledge our concern. Spackle knives can release chemicals and aren’t designed to withstand heat. Despite that, we took the food home and ate it since we had already paid. Unfortunately, I later found a metal shaving in my meal. I won’t be going back there again. Does anyone know of any other good halal options?

This restaurant started as a food cart in Queens, which they still operate, and it’s just the two of them managing both locations. For many years, Osman and Abdul worked 6 to 7 days a week, each running their own spot. Thanks to their hard work and God's blessings, they have now been able to hire new staff, who have also been a joy to get to know. I’ve learned all of this from just a few conversations with the fantastic folks running the place. I look forward to seeing them nearly as much as I look forward to enjoying my combo platter over rice with a generous drizzle of Zaiqa sauce.
