"Tried to make a reservation for 6 people, I called at 7:28pm I was told that a email would be sent to Cielo and someone will call me back. I received a call at 8:52pm a woman stated 8:00pm reservation was too late and I would have to come in by 6, I explained to her that my party would not be arriving until after 6:00pm, she said how about 7:00pm? I agreed to 7:00pm, then I was told that parties 6 or more are subject to 20% gratuity added to bill, I told her on the website it states 8 or more will have 20% gratuity added to bill, she then said hold on, a man got on the phone and said I can make your reservation for 6 people but a 20% gratuity will be added to your bill. I questioned him about what it stated on website and his response was its 20% gratuity added to bill on 5 or more... I responded with so the woman said 6 or more, the website states 8 or more and you say its 5 or more?? I stated so the website is wrong? I told him to make the reservation and I will make a complaint tomorrow, he told me if you are going to make a complaint then I will cancel your reservation and hung up on me... I cannot believe that this place (Cielo) makes up it 's own rules and does not follow what 's on website.. Unbelievable service. Thank god I will not have dinner there. It makes me wonder is this the way all guest are treated and all Morongo 's employee 's behavior (RUDE) issues?"

"So just right now I had enter the left side hand drive thru ordering station and had the guy ask would you be using your code, so I gave him my free large fry points number and then told him I wanted a kids meal 6 piece then from there I try to order another item and I heard nothing on the other end, so I waited to hear for him to get back on the mic and then two cars on the right side had went by which I got frustrated after the second car because it was like 3-4 min passing at the point so I started to say hello hello anyone there and nothing so I was going to back up but there was a car behind me, blocking me from going backwards so I waited the car behind me then had moved over from the right side because it was open and saw me waiting way too long on the left side so then when I was about to go back in reverse and leave the guy got back on the mic finally, he had ask hello how can I help and I was like huh and he’s like can I help you and then I was like you were taking my order and then just stopped and then he replied oh ya and then started to say the order which was nothing I ordered so I had to tell him I’m the person with the points for the large fry and then I said a kids 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal so he’s like ok anything else so I had told him can I get two more kids 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals the same way as the first happy meal then he replied huh so I told him slowly and repeated 2 more extra happy meals the same way as the first happy meal and at this points it’s been 10 min since I started my order and now three cars have went thru the other side with the girl on the mic on that side helping so he ended up saying huh and confused and said ok so just one more happy meal right and that’s when I told him no I said two more and then it wasn’t going anywhere so I just told him I will just go inside and order because you can’t even take simple ordering and I’m annoyed at this point my kids and wife are too, so I went in reverse and went inside when to ask to talk to a manager this nice kid who was working the lobby had got her for me and when she approached me I had told her hey who’s working your drive thru because they can’t even do their job right and had me waiting and didn’t even have anything right plus never even said sorry for having you wait for awhile , she had said I’m so sorry and then if u want I can have him come up and apologize and then come up front and take my order, instantly I thought to myself why would I want him to take my order again if he couldn’t even get it right he first time so I told her no I will order off the kiosk, knowing it will take sooner then waiting more. The manager really doesn’t know how to manger the floor and they were running around everywhere back and forth with ppl waiting forever in the lobby for there food what upset me was her reply she should of took my order right there and redeemed my points code for my large fry that I lost when he took it done in the beginning when I ordered in the drive-through. But then I waited and payed my $40 for my order and she just gave it to me and didn’t say nothing no sorry about that or have a nice night. I hope that the store manager has a meeting with them and my order was around 7:15pm today which is 1-19-2025. I live here next to the McDonald on the Morongo Rez and won’t be coming back and driving to the one in banning due to continue back service over and over again. But one thing I can say good about this store is there’s is a white older woman who is the manager that wasn’t there this time but she makes the store go really good and has amazing customer service, wish she was in today to help instead so I wouldn’t of lost my points."
