"First, I do not like to write reviews because I know everyone is just doing their best. But in this case, I 've decided to change my rating to 4 starts simply because of their customer service. I was impressed by not only the owner 's comment below my review, but a personal message inviting us to try again another time. I think that was really kind. Original post: 2 stars for food quality. Maybe just avoid them during peak hours and/or delivery? That could be why we did not fully enjoy our experience. My mom and I just moved to Glendive so we are trying out the different places to eat. I don 't eat meat and I can 't have dairy so it 's been a bit tricky. I placed our order at 3pm for delivery at 5:30 thinking it would be plenty of time for the rush, but that wasn 't the case. I got a call at 5:15 saying it wouldn 't be ready by 5:30, but it would be no later than 6pm. We got the delivery at 6:15pm. We got a pizza, mozzarella sticks, garlic sticks, and a burger. My mom created a pizza: reg. crust, mozzarella, basil, tomato, and pizza sauce thinking it would be like a margherita. It was okay but the basil was from an oil or a sauce rather than fresh, which was fine but it was on the veggie menu and not the sauce menu so she expected leaves. She thought it tasted fine. The mozzarella sticks were undercooked and soggy. She put them in the oven to crisp but they just got mushier so we threw them out. My mom really enjoyed the garlic sticks. I didn 't realize they 'd be full of cheese and butter so I couldn 't have one, but they looked really delicious and the dipping sauce was good. For myself, I got a hamburger and side of fries. I know! Burger at a pizza place--that 's on me. I intended to give the burger to my dog and eat the rest like a sandwich. The fries were cold/soggy but that could be because of delivery. The burger had pre-selected items of lettuce, tomato, mayo, and ketchup so I thought that came on it. But it only had mayo on it. I also selected well done but the patty was so black and burnt my dog wouldn 't eat it. So if you like well done, then ordering medium well would probably work for you. I think if I had been in the restaurant, I could have asked but you never know when you order online so that 's always a risk and not necessarily specific to this restaurant. We 'd already put a 26% tip when we ordered, but that was because we were grateful they came out in this cold--it doesn 't reflect our taste-experience. Overall, we probably won 't go back, but this experience could have a lot to do with delivery instead of eating in."
