"This is not real Mexican food, it is tex-mex. It is not bad for what it is, but based on past reviews I was hoping for real Mexican food. Instead we got shredded yellow cheese on our enchiladas and the tacos were loaded with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes in a hard shell. The chips and salsa are very good.There was something wrong with the water: it was either overly chlorinated or the glasses had been washed in bleach.It was very expensive but we were able to share one dish due to the large portion sizes.Service was good, staff was friendly. Food was out quickly and we were in and out within about 1/2 hour."

"My daughter and I tried Hatters yesterday. I haven't been here for years. It was so good that we came back today. Friendly service a great menu and the burgers are gourmet. My daughter liked the simple cheeseburger, onion rings and spiced pumices. They were great and the sweet potato fries today. I tried the Jersey and Santa Fe Burger both excellent. Santa Fe is a must. We'll be back."

"This restaurant is an eclectic gem tucked away from the usual tourist paths. I was recommended this spot, located just a block off the main street, and I'm glad I went. The food and overall experience were so enjoyable that I visited a couple of times during my stay. The selection of house-made sandwiches and treats offers plenty of great options. For a small town like Glendive, the coffee and drink menu is quite decent. I was thrilled to see macchiatos offered, but I was a bit let down when it turned out to be just average espresso shots without the milk foam. Despite that, this place is definitely worth a visit, and make sure to enjoy your meal on the back patio!"

"I can't say much about the hotel, but the restaurant is top notch, I grew up in a cafe and this place makes me nostalgic. The food is excellent with that old school restaurant feel, the servers are very nice and attentive, and the time to serve was reasonable. I feel like the prices are very good as well. I had a mushroom Swiss burger and my brother had a plate of nachos. Both of them were very good, and we're from Texas so we are very picky about our nachos. Would highly recommend this place."

"A nice spot for a quick lunch, and reasonably priced. Given the name, we were hoping for some more traditional German offerings, but in reality, it's all about pub food here.But that's okay, because everyone in the fam was happy with their choices and the service was great.Kid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly, at least in the afternoon when we went. No kids menu per se, but regular menu offerings like corn dogs, grilled cheese, and mac and cheese bites kept the kids happy.Parking: Street parking wasn't full when we were there, but I could see it being harder at times.Wheelchair accessibility: 100% accessible"
